Claims (9)
- 차량의 추진력을 출력하는 엔진(E)과, 이 엔진의 출력을 보조하는 보조구동력을 발생하는 모터(M)와, 이 모터에 전력을 공급하거나 차량 감속시 모터의 재생 작동에 의해 얻어진 재생 에너지를 저장하는 축전장치(3)를 구비한 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템에 있어서,차량의 운전상태에 따라, 모터에 의해 엔진 출력의 보조 여부를 판정하는 어시스트 판정수단(S125, 136)과,이 어시스트 판정수단에 의해 어시스트를 행할 것을 판정한 경우, 차량의 운전상태에 따라, 제1 어시스트량을 판정하는 제1 어시스트량 판정수단(S239)과,차량을 가속하기 위한 운전자의 의도가 소정의 기준을 초과할 때, 제2 어시스트량(SCRAST)을 판정하는 제2 어시스트량 판정수단(S401)과, 그리고차량을 가속하기 위한 운전자의 의도가 소정의 기준을 초과하지 않을 때의 제1 어시스트량 및 차량을 가속하기 위한 운전자의 의도가 소정의 기준을 초과할 때의 제2 어시스트량에 기초하여, 엔진 출력을 ㅈ보조하기 위해 모터를 구동하는 어시스트 제어수단(1)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2 어시스트량에 기초한 어시스트를 유지하기 위한 시간 주기를 판정하는 어시스트 시간 판정수단(S305), 및상기 어시스트 시간 판정수단에 의해 설정된 시간 주기 초기에 제2 어시스트량까지 현재 어시스트량을 점차 증가시키거나, 설정된 시간 주기 종기에 제2 어시스트량을 점차 감소시키는 어시스트량 점차 변환기(S405, S408, S409, S229, S230, S231)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,트로틀 개방도가 소정치 이상일 때 그리고 트로틀 개방 상태의 트로틀 개방도의 변화량이 소정치 이상일 때, 차량을 가속하기 위한 운전자의 의도가 소정의 기준을 초과하는지 여부를 판정하는 운전자의 의도 판정수단(S304, S308, S309)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 어시스트 판정수단은,차량 발진시 스타팅 어시스트를 행하는지 여부를 판정하는 스타팅 어시스트 판정수단(S1251, S1258)과,기어 변속시 부스트 어시스트를 행하는지 여부를 판정하는 부스트 어시스트 판정수단(S1307, S1310)과, 그리고차량 발진시 또는 기어 변속시 이외의 상황에서 차량을 가속할 때를 판정하는 통상 어시스트 판정수단(S1124, S1135)을 포함하며,상기 제1 어시스트량 판정수단은, 통상 어시스트 판정수단이 어시스트를 행할 것을 판정한 경우 통상 어시스트량을 판정하는 통상 어시스트량 판정수단(S1029)을 포함하고,상기 제2 어시스트량 판정수단은,스타팅 어시스트 판정수단이 어시스트를 행할 것을 판정한 경우 스타팅 어시스트량을 판정하는 스타팅 어시스트량 판정수단(S1274, S1276, S1277), 및부스트 어시스트 판정수단이 어시스트를 행할 것을 판정한 경우 부스트 어시스트량을 판정하는 부스트 어시스트량 판정수단(S1388)을 포함하며,어시스트 제어수단은,어시스트 판정수단이 스타팅 어시스트, 부스트 어시스트 및 통상 어시스트 중 적어도 어느 하나를 판정할 때, 스타팅 어시스트량(STRASTF), 부스트 어시스트량(SCRASTF) 및 통상 어시스트량(ACCASTF) 중 어느 하나를 선택하는 어시스트량 셀렉터(S1005), 및선택된 어시스트량에 기초하여, 엔진으로부터 출력을 보조하기 위해 모터를 구동하는 어시스트 컨트롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 어시스트량 셀렉터는 스타팅 어시스트량, 부스트 어시스트량 및 통상 어시스트량 중 가장 큰 값 하나를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 스타팅 어시스트 판정수단은, 적어도 엔진회전수(NE)와 차속(VP)에 기초하여, 어시스트를 행하는지 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 스타팅 어시스트 판정수단은, 적어도 하나의 트로틀 개방 상태(THEM)와 흡기관부압(PBG)에 기초하여, 어시스트를 행하는지 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 부스트 어시스트 판정수단은, 트로틀 개방 상태(THEM)와 트로틀 개방도의 변화량(DTHEM)에 기초하여, 어시스트를 행하는지 여부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 부스트 어시스트량 판정수단은, 적어도 엔진회전수(NEB)에 기초하여, 어시스트량을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어시스템.
