Claims (22)
- 수소화반응 금속 성분, 개질된 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y, 특이적 무정형 실리카-알루미나 및 임의로 알루미나 결합제를 포함하며, 상기 제올라이트-Y의 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 5 내지 25이고, 결정 단위 셀 크기가 2.420 내지 2.445 ㎚이며, IR 산도가 0.2 내지 0.6 밀리몰/g이고, 수증기에 대한 흡수능이 25 ℃ 및 P/Po0.1에서 5 중량% 미만이며, 비표면적이 600 내지 850 ㎡/g이고; 상기 무정형 실리카-알루미나의 SiO2함량이 10 내지 50 중량%이고, 비표면적이 300 내지 600 ㎡/g이며, 기공 용적이 0.8 내지 1.5 ㎖/g이고 IR 산도가 0.25 내지 0.60 밀리몰/g임을 특징으로하는, 중간 증류물을 생산하기위한 하이드로크래킹 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수소화반응 금속 성분이 VIB족 및 VIII족 금속 성분인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 성분이 산화몰리브덴 및(또는) 산화텅스텐, 산화코발트 및(또는) 산화니켈과 같은, VIB족 및 VIII족 금속 산화물인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 비표면적이 180 내지 300 ㎡/g이고, 기공 용적이 0.25 내지 0.45 ㎖/g인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 비표면적이 200 내지 250 ㎡/g이고, 기공 용적이 0.30 내지 0.40 ㎖/g인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 VIB족 금속 성분 (산화물(들)로 계산하여) 10 내지 40 중량%, VIII족 금속 성분 (산화물(들)로서 계산하여) 1 내지 20 중량%, 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y 5 내지 40 중량%, 무정형 실리카-알루미나 10 내지 70 중량%, 및 결합제 0 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 VIB족 금속 성분 (산화물(들)로서 계산하여) 10 내지 35 중량%, VIII족 금속 성분 (산화물(들)로서 계산하여) 1 내지 15 중량%, 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y 5 내지 35 중량%, 무정형 실리카-알루미나 10 내지 60 중량%, 및 결합제 5 내지 35 중량%를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 VIB족 금속 성분 (산화물(들)로서 계산하여) 15 내지 30 중량%, VIII족 금속 성분 (산화물(들)로서 계산하여) 2 내지 10 중량%, 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y 10 내지 30 중량%, 무정형 실리카-알루미나 15 내지 50 중량%, 및 결합제 10 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 VIB족 금속 산화물(들) 18 내지 28 중량%, VIII족 금속 산화물(들) 4 내지 8 중량%, 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y 10 내지 25 중량%, 특이적 무정형 실리카-알루미나 20 내지 40 중량%, 및 결합제 (무수 알루미나로 계산하여) 15 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트-Y의 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 6.0 내지 17이고, 결정 단위 셀 크기가 2.425 내지 2.435 ㎚이며, 비표면적이 700 내지 800 ㎡/g이고, IR 산도가 0.30 내지 0.50 밀리몰/g이며, 전체 기공 용적의 50% 이상을 기공 크기가 〉2 ㎚인 2차 기공이 차지하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 실리카-알루미나의 SiO2함량이 15 내지 50 중량%이고, 비표면적이 350 내지 550 ㎡/g이며, 기공 용적이 0.9 내지 1.4 ㎖/g이고 IR 산도가 0.30 내지 0.55 밀리몰/g인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 실리카-알루미나의 SiO2함량이 20 내지 40 중량%이고, 비표면적이 400 내지 500 ㎡/g이며, 기공 용적이 1.0 내지 1.3 ㎖/g이고 IR 산도가 0.35 내지 0.50 밀리몰/g인 촉매.
- 무정형 실리카-알루미나 10 내지 50 중량%, 개질된 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y 5 내지 40 중량%를 혼합하는 단계, 및 임의로 결합제를 가하는 단계, 반죽, 롤릴, 압착 및 담체로 성형하는 단계, 및 이후 활성 수소화반응 금속을 상기 담체상에 지지시켜 본 발명의 촉매를 수득하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하는, 제올라이트-Y의 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 5 내지 25이고, 결정 단위 셀 크기가 2.420 내지 2.445 ㎚이며, IR 산도가 0.2 내지 0.6 밀리몰/g이고, 수증기에 대한 흡수능이 25 ℃ 및 P/Po0.1에서 5 중량% 미만이며, 비표면적이 600 내지 850 ㎡/g이고; 상기 무정형 실리카-알루미나의 SiO2함량이 10 내지 50 중량%이고, 비표면적이 300 내지 600 ㎡/g이며, 기공 용적이 0.8 내지 1.5 ㎖/g이고 IR 산도가 0.25 내지 0.60 밀리몰/g인, 제1항에 따르는 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 비표면적이 240 내지 280 ㎡/g이고 기공 용적이 0.4 내지 0.5 ㎖/g인, 질산으로 분해시킨 소기공 알루미나 결합제 15 내지 30 중량%를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트-Y의 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 6.0 내지 17이고, 결정 단위 셀 크기가 2.425 내지 2.435 ㎚이며, 비표면적이 700 내지 800 ㎡/g이고, IR 산도가 0.30 내지 0.50 밀리몰/g이며, 전체 기공 용적의 50% 이상을 기공 크기가 〉2 ㎚인 2차 기공이 차지하고, 무정형 실리카-알루미나의 SiO2함량이 15 내지 50 중량%이고, 비표면적이 350 내지 550 ㎡/g이며, 기공 용적이 0.9 내지 1.4 ㎖/g이고 IR 산도가 0.30 내지 0.55 밀리몰/g인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 실리카-알루미나의 SiO2함량이 20 내지 40 중량%이고, 비표면적이 400 내지 500 ㎡/g이며, 기공 용적이 1.0 내지 1.3 ㎖/g이고 IR 산도가 0.35 내지 0.50 밀리몰/g인 방법.
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 상기 수소화반응 금속이 VIB족 및 VIII족 금속인 방법.
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 상기 수소화반응 금속이 Mo 및(또는) W 및 Co 및(또는) Ni인 방법.
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트-Y의 제조를 위한 다음 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법:(1) Na2O 함량이 0.2 중량% 미만인 제올라이트-Y를 제조하는 단계; 및(2) 상기 제올라이트-Y를 고온 소결 오븐에 넣고, 450 내지 700 ℃에 0.01 내지 1.0 MPa의 동일계 생산되거나 추가로 도입된 수증기 압력하에서, 0.5 내지 10시간 동안 소결시켜 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 5.2 내지 6.0인 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y를 수득하는 단계.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y를 추가로 선택적으로 알루미늄제거하여 SiO2/Al2O3몰비가 6.5 내지 25인 초-소수성 제올라이트-Y를 수득하는 방법.
- 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 실리카-알루미나의 제조를 위하여 다음 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법:(a) 산성 알루미늄 염 용액과 염기성 침전제를 동시에 소량의 탈이온수를 함유하는 반응 용기에 가하여 6.0 내지 10.0의 pH 수치에 50 내지 80 ℃에서 0.5 내지 2시간 동안 중화반응을 수행하여 졸을 형성시키는 단계;(b) 단계 (a)로부터 생성된 졸을 6 내지 9의 pH 수치에서 0 내지 60분간 안정화시키는 단계;(c) 단계 (b)로부터 생성된 졸에 실리콘 화합물을 가하는 단계;(d) 단계 (c)로부터의 혼합물을 7.5 내지 9.5의 pH 수치에 50 내지 70 ℃에서 10 내지 60분간 숙성시키는 단계;(e) 단계 (d)로부터의 생성물을 여과하고 세척하는 단계; 및(f) 단계 (e)로부터의 생성물을 90 내지 120 ℃에서 건조시키고 이를 분쇄하여 무정형 실리카-알루미나를 수득하는 단계.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 산성 알루미늄 염이 황산알루미늄, 염화알루미늄 및 질산알루미늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 염 1종 이상이고, 상기 염기성 침전제가 나트륨알루미네이트, 암모니아수 및 수산화나트륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물 1종 이상인 방법.
