Claims (9)
- 산성 성분으로서 산도가 낮은 개질된 초-소수성 제올라이트-β 및 무정형 실리카-알루미나, 및 수소화반응 성분으로서 금속 산화물 형태의 지지된 VIB족 금속 중 1종 이상 및 지지된 VIII족 금속 중 1종 이상을 포함하며, 상기 제올라이트-β의 SiO2/Al2O3 비는 30 내지 90 이고, 피리딘 흡수 IR법을 통하여 측정한 산도가 0.1 내지 0.5 밀리몰/g이며, 흡수능력이 25 ℃에서 < 10% 이고 수증기압이 ≤ 12 ㎜Hg인, 중간 분획 오일 생산용 가수소분해반응 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개질된 초-소수성 제올라이트-β 5 내지 40 중량%, 무정형 실리카-알루미나 10 내지 50 중량%, 알루미나 15 내지 30 중량%, VIB족 금속 산화물 중 1종 이상 10 내지 40 중량% 및 VIII족 금속 산화물 중 1종 이상 1 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 비표면적이 200 내지 300 ㎡/g이고, 기공 용적이 0.3 내지 0.4 ㎖/g이며 피리딘 흡수 IR법을 통하여 측정한 산도가 0.3 내지 0.5 밀리몰/g인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 초-소수성 제올라이트-β가 소결에 의한 탈아미노화 및 산 처리에 의한 탈알루미늄화 단계후 H-타입 제올라이트-β로부터 승압하에서의 열수처리에 의해 제조하는 것인 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열수처리를 50 내지 500 KPa의 증기압하에 400 내지 900 ℃에서 0.5 시간 이상, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 5 시간 동안 수행하는 것인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 VIB족 금속(들)이 촉매의 총량을 기준으로하여 금속 산화물(들) 10 내지 40 중량%의 양으로, Mo 및(또는) W로부터 선택되는 것인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 VIII족 금속(들)이 촉매의 총량을 기준으로하여 금속 산화물(들) 1 내지 10 중량%의 양으로, Co 및(또는) Ni로부터 선택되는 것인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 초-소수성 제올라이트-β 10 내지 30 중량%, 무정형 실리카-알루미나 20 내지 40 중량%, 알루미나 15 내지 30 중량%, VIB족 금속 산화물(들) 20 내지 30 중량%, 및 VIII족 금속 산화물(들) 4 내지 8 중량%를 포함하는 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 실리카-알루미나의 SiO2함량이 10 내지 60%이고, 비표면적이 300 내지 500 ㎡/g이며, 기공 용적이 0.7 내지 1.2 ㎖/g이고 피리딘 흡수 IR법을 통하여 측정한 산도가 0.3 내지 0.5 밀리몰/g인 촉매.
