FIGS. 2 and 3 show a pottery manufactured through a golden glaze and a method of manufacturing a pottery using the same according to the present invention.

The golden glaze according to the present invention and the method for manufacturing ceramics using the same will now be described in detail.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a method of manufacturing a pottery using a golden ash glaze according to the present invention, and FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrate a pottery manufactured through a golden glaze and a method of manufacturing a pottery using the same according to the present invention .

Prior to the description, there is a disadvantage in that the number of experiments is large and the material cost is considerably high because the result is completely different even if the glaze material composition ratio is different by 1%, and when the temperature is 900 to 1280 ° C., There is a difficulty.

For example, you can not put a piece of pottery into a large pottery kiln, so you have to work every few months to fill the kiln, and every time you burn a pottery kiln a few times a year, you need to experiment. do.

The golden glaze according to the present invention comprises 35% by weight of wood, 25% by weight of feldspar, 17% by weight of soil, 15% by weight of wood, 5% by weight of silica, By weight and 3% by weight of zinc.

Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing a pottery using a golden ash glaze according to the present invention will be described.

1. Earth defense step

In this step, the soil is crushed, the impurities are sifted through a sieve, the sediment is precipitated in water, and only fine sediment is collected and dried in the shade for a certain period.

2. Forming step

This step is a process of molding the shape by applying water to the dried soil, kneading it, removing air from the kneaded soil, pinching, coiling, turning the mill.

3. Orthography step

This is the process of smoothing the bottom soil after the molding before the soil is completely dry.

4. Decoration stage

This step is the process of putting a shape through a sculpture on the appearance of a basic figure made of ceramics to enhance the beauty or functionality.

5. Drying stage

This step is the process of completely drying the material that has been made, since it is necessary to completely dry the material to be baked.

There is a natural artificial drying method in which drying is carried out in a well-ventilated shade with a natural drying method and a drying chamber, which is heated in the drying chamber, and the humidity is raised or removed promptly.

6. Unglazed stage

In this step, it is preferable to increase the strength and hardness of the dried product by raising the temperature of the dried product, and to raise the temperature to 750 to 850 ° C so that the glaze can be adsorbed well.

7. Coloring and calligraphic steps

This step is the process of adding pictures and letters to unglazed pottery.

8. References

This step is performed by adding water to a golden ash glaze prepared by mixing 35% by weight of wood materials, 25% by weight of feldspar, 17% by weight of clay, 15% by weight of wood, 5% by weight of zirconium and 3% It is the process of applying the glaze to the surface.

First, in this step, a glaze material mixing step for mixing the above-mentioned materials is provided. In the glaze material mixing step, the feldspar, the wood, the quartz and the zincification are mixed, water is added and the mixture is filtered through a 120- A second step of mixing the wood material with water and filtering the mixture with aluminum mesh of primary 80th, secondary 100th and tertiary 120th woods, and a second step of mixing the soil with primary 100 Neck, second 120 mesh, and aluminum mesh, and a fourth step of mixing all the materials, adding water, stirring with a stirrer, and filtering the mixture with 120 mesh aluminum mesh.

By separating feldspar, wood, quartz, and zinc, and wood and earth from each other, it is possible to prevent the lowering of the material utilization rate caused by the difference in characteristics and size of each particle and reduce the work time for sieving There is a problem that it is possible to easily solve the mixing ratio adjustment problem such that the specific material is excessively loosened.

After the glaze material mixing step, a specific gravity adjusting step of adjusting the specific gravity while adding or removing water is provided. In this process, the concentration of the glaze is adjusted by using a gravity meter and adjusted to be 1.41 to 1.49. This is because the color does not come out sufficiently at 1.40 or less and becomes too light color, and at 1.50 or more, the glaze layer thickens and flows to the bottom. It is preferably adjusted to 1.45.

9. The chaebol's grilling stage

This step is the process of baking the object by raising the temperature to 1250 ~ 1300 ℃.

In the present invention, in order to obtain a beautiful golden color, at this stage, the temperature is increased to 900 ° C in the oxidation state, the product is calcined in a reduced state to 1100 ° C, The air is increased by 30%, and then the air is fired in a reduced-fire state.

Through the above-described construction, the golden glaze and the method for manufacturing ceramics using the glaze according to the present invention can produce a beautiful golden color on the surface of the ceramics, thereby enhancing artistic workability, and having high strength and durability, And it is advantageous in that it is easy to obtain materials by using mainly easily available materials and is eco-friendly, and productivity can be improved by suggesting a method of obtaining beautiful golden ceramics using re-glaze.
