Recently, various types of metal oxides are prepared in the form of one-dimensional nanostructures, that is, nanowires, nanorods, nanotubes, nanoribbons, and the like. The research to be done is very active at home and abroad.
The fundamental reason for this vigorous research is that nano-scale materials are expected to exhibit various physical and chemical properties different from bulk and thin-film materials, compared to bulk or thin-film materials. This is because the excellent physical properties can be actually applied to various functional devices.
In practice, nanomaterials have a quantum size effect, which is being applied to nanoelectronic devices, and nanophotoelectronic devices using efficient generation of photons and minimizing damping effects. device), which has a very large surface area to volume ratio and is very advantageous for detecting and purifying various kinds of chemical species (ie, gas, molecules, etc.). Nano biosensor) and photocatalysts have been tried.
4, 99, 2004] 및 In2O3[Kolmakov, A. Nano Lett. As described above, when the

On the other hand, the thin film layer forming step (S20) relates to the step of forming a metal
In more detail, the one-
According to the sputtering method as described above, it is possible to coat various materials in addition to the above-described platinum (Pt), and because the holding temperature of the to-be-processed object, ie, the nanostructure, is low, there is little possibility of deformation, and work is performed in a vacuum. Therefore, it is possible not only to form a thin film of high purity but also has various advantages such as being able to easily adjust the thickness of the thin film, the thin film structure, and the crystal growth direction of the thin film according to the required purpose.

The diameters of the core / shell structured gallium nitride-platinum nanowires in which a platinum thin film was formed on the surface of the gallium nanowires were calculated. The average diameters were calculated to be 65.4, 74.2, 85.4 and 97.4 nm, respectively. As shown in (e) of FIG. 3, the thickness of the deposited
Therefore, the amount of metal
On the other hand, the heat treatment step (S30) relates to the step of growing the metal
The annealing method is a method of gradually cooling the inside of the furnace as it is after heating the metal and the like, and has the advantage of making the internal structure uniform and removing the residual stress to make it in a stable state. The annealing method was used to allow the
That is, the heat treatment by the annealing method not only changes the shape of the metal
The heat treatment should be performed at a temperature of 500 ° C. or higher, because when the heat treatment temperature is lower than 500 ° C., the metal
In FIGS. 4A to 4D, the metal thin film layer 40 (Pt) is formed on the surface of the one-dimensional nanostructure 30 (GaN) (a) on which the metal
4 (c) shows diffraction peaks related to platinum (Pt). In FIG. 4 (d), diffraction peaks for the phases of Pt 3
And, as the results shown in (c) and (d) of FIG. 4, as the annealing temperature increases, the relative strength of the one-
Therefore, by varying the annealing temperature in the manufacturing process of the one-dimensional nanostructure in which the metal nanoparticles are formed on the surface, the distribution of the
