Claims (8)
- 주유압 펌프와, 이 주유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동하는 제1 유압 실린더, 제2 유압 실린더와, 상기 주유압 펌프로부터 제1 유압 실린더에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 제1 방향 제어 밸브, 상기 주유압 펌프로부터 상기 제2 유압 실린더에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 제2 방향 제어 밸브와, 상기 제1 방향 제어 밸브를 절환 제어하는 제1 조작 장치와, 상기 제2 방향 제어 밸브를 절환 제어하는 제2 조작 장치를 구비한 유압 구동 장치에 있어서,상기 제2 유압 실린더의 하부측실의 압력의 고저에 관계없이, 상기 제2 조작 장치의 조작량이 소정량 이상이 되었을 때에, 상기 제1 유압 실린더의 로드측실과 상기 제2 유압 실린더의 하부측실을 연통시키는 동시에, 상기 제2 조작 장치의 조작량에 따라 연통시키는 압유의 유량이 커지도록 제어하는 연통 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연통 제어 수단이,상기 제1 유압 실린더의 로드측실과, 상기 제2 유압 실린더의 하부측실을 연통 가능한 연통로와, 이 연통로 내에 설치되고, 상기 제2 유압 실린더의 하부측실로부터 상기 제1 유압 실린더의 로드측실 방향으로의 압유의 흐름을 저지하는 역지 밸브와, 상기 제2 조작 장치의 조작량이 소정량 이상이 되었을 때에, 상기 연통로를 거쳐서 상기 제1 유압 실린더의 로드측실의 압유를 상기 제2 유압 실린더의 하부측실로 공급시키는 절환 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절환 밸브가 가변 조리개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 방향 제어 밸브와 상기 제1 유압 실린더의 로드측실을 접속하는 주관로에 일단부가 접속되고, 타단부가 상기 절환 밸브에 접속되는 분기관로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연통 제어 수단이,상기 제2 조작 장치의 조작량을 검출하여 전기 신호를 출력하는 조작량 검출기와, 이 조작량 검출기로부터 출력되는 신호에 따라서 상기 절환 밸브를 절환 제어하기 위한 제어 신호를 출력하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제어기가 상기 제2 조작 장치의 조작량이 커짐에 따라서 점차 커지는 값을 출력하는 함수 발생기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 절환 밸브가 파일럿식 절환 밸브인 동시에, 상기 제어기로부터 출력되는 제어 신호의 값에 따른 제어압을 출력하는 전기·유압 변환기 와, 이 전기·유압 변환기와 상기 파일럿식 절환 밸브의 제어실을 연락하는 제어 관로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유압 실린더, 상기 제2 유압 실린더 각각이 붐 실린더, 아암 실린더로 이루어지고, 상기 제1 방향 제어 밸브, 상기 제2 방향 제어 밸브 각각이 센터 바이패스형 붐용 방향 제어 밸브, 아암용 방향 제어 밸브로 이루어지고, 상기 제1 조작 장치, 제2 조작 장치 각각이 붐용 조작 장치, 아암용 조작 장치로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 구동 장치.
