Description
ブーム用操作装置25を操作してパイロット管路25aにパイロット圧を供給し、同図1に示すようにブーム用方向制御弁23を左位置に切換えるとともに、アーム用操作装置26を操作してパイロット管路26aにパイロット圧を供給し、アーム用方向制御弁24を左位置に切換えると、主油圧ポンプ21から吐出される圧油が管路28、ブーム用方向制御弁23、主管路29aを介してブームシリンダ6のボトム側室6aに供給され、また、主油圧ポンプ21から吐出される圧油が管路27、アーム用方向制御弁24、主管路30aを介してアームシリンダ7のボトム側室7aに供給される。これにより、ブームシリンダ6、アームシリンダ7が共に伸長する方向に作動し、ブーム上げ・アームクラウド複合操作が実施される。
ブーム用操作装置25を操作してパイロット管路25bにパイロット圧を供給し、ブーム用方向制御弁23を同図1の右位置に切換えるとともに、アーム用操作装置26を操作してパイロット管路26aにパイロット圧を供給し、アーム用方向制御弁24を左位置に切換えると、主油圧ポンプ21から吐出される圧油が管路28、ブーム用方向制御弁23、主管路29bを介してブームシリンダ6のロッド側室6bに供給され、また前述したように、主油圧ポンプ21から吐出される圧油が管路27、アーム用方向制御弁24、主管路30aを介してアームシリンダ7のボトム側室7aに供給される。これにより、ブームシリンダ6が収縮する方向に作動し、アームシリンダ7が伸長する方向に作動し、ブーム下げ・アームクラウド複合操作が実施される。

Claims (9)
- 建設機械に備えられ、主油圧ポンプと、この主油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動する第1油圧シリンダ、第2油圧シリンダと、上記主油圧ポンプから第1油圧シリンダに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第1方向制御弁、上記主油圧ポンプから上記第2油圧シリンダに供給される圧油の流れを制御する第2方向制御弁と、上記第1方向制御弁を切換え制御する第1操作装置と、上記第2方向制御弁を切換え制御する第2操作装置とを備えた油圧駆動装置において、
上記第2油圧シリンダのボトム側室の圧力の高低にかかわらず、上記第2操作装置の操作量が所定量以上となったときに、上記第1操作装置によって伸長方向に作動するように操作された上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室と、上記第2操作装置によって伸長方向に作動するように操作された上記第2油圧シリンダのボトム側室とを連通させる連通制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする油圧駆動装置。 - 上記連通制御手段が、
上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室と、上記第2油圧シリンダのボトム側室とを連通可能な連通路と、この連通路中に設けられ、上記第2油圧シリンダのボトム側室から上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室方向への圧油の流れを阻止する逆止弁と、上記第2操作装置の操作量が所定量以上になったときに、上記連通路を介して上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室の圧油を上記第2油圧シリンダのボトム側室に供給させる切換弁とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧駆動装置。 - 上記切換弁が可変絞りを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記第1方向制御弁と上記第1油圧シリンダのロッド側室とを接続する主管路に一端が接続され、他端が上記切換弁に接続される分岐管路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記連通制御手段が、
上記第2操作装置の操作量を検出し、電気信号を出力する操作量検出器と、この操作量検出器から出力される信号に応じて上記切換弁を切換え制御するための制御信号を出力するコントローラとを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の油圧駆動装置。 - 上記コントローラが、上記第2操作装置の操作量が大きくなるに従って次第に大きくなる値を出力する関数発生器を含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記切換弁がパイロット式切換弁であるとともに、上記コントローラから出力される制御信号の値に応じた制御圧を出力する電気・油圧変換器と、この電気・油圧変換器と上記パイロット式切換弁の制御室とを連絡する制御管路とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記第1油圧シリンダ、上記第2油圧シリンダのそれぞれがブームシリンダ、アームシリンダから成り、上記第1方向制御弁、上記第2方向制御弁のそれぞれが、センタバイパス型のブーム用方向制御弁、アーム用方向制御弁から成り、上記第1操作装置、第2操作装置のそれぞれが、ブーム用操作装置、アーム用操作装置から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 上記建設機械が油圧ショベルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の油圧駆動装置。
