Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water permeable concrete road pavement, and more particularly to a polymeric pervious concrete pavement improved in water content performance and durability and a packaging method thereof.
Pitching concrete is used to prevent flooding of urban rivers when rain falls, to secure underground water, to supply water to roadside water, to reduce humidity in urban areas, to reduce urban core temperatures in summer and to reduce radiant heat in urban areas. .
The general cross-sectional structure of the permeable concrete is such that sand is laid as a filter layer on a hearth, a base aggregate layer (for example, a crushed stone layer) is laid on the sand layer and a predetermined permeable concrete mixture is laid on the crushed stone layer will be.
In such a conventional permeable concrete structure, the sand laid on the hearth is a kind of a grounding filter material, which is installed at a predetermined thickness. The sand is infiltrated into the hearth over time, In many cases, they were infiltrated into the crushed stone layer and lost. The loss of these sand layers is one of the main causes of the stress concentration failure due to the uneven support of the concrete as a result of making voids in the substructure supporting the permeable concrete layer.
On the other hand, the hearth layer is generally composed of silty sand and clay. Since the permeability coefficient of this hearth layer is low, it takes a considerable time for rainwater to pass through the hearth layer. I can not do my part. In this case, water that has not been poured overflows over the pavement, and the pavement soil is attached to the surface of the pavement so that a void space is formed in the pavement layer and pore clogging in the permeable concrete is increased.
In addition, the pores of the permeable concrete basically serve as a passage through which water is poured or water is evaporated. Through the pores, the calcium hydroxide in the cement component is removed together and the strength of the permeable concrete is rapidly broken, There was also a problem that the durability dropped sharply.
In addition, the permeable concrete was a strong body, and when installed on a sidewalk or a bicycle road adjacent to the roadway, frequent cracks occurred due to the vibration when the vehicle passed through the roadway.
Due to these problems, demand and interest for pitcher cement concrete, which had been actively researched once in the past, has been greatly reduced these days.
Therefore, in order to solve various problems of conventional permeable cement concrete as described above,
First, it is preferable that the filter layer (sand layer) is removed, but a separate structure for preventing the loss of fine granules of the hearth layer is preferably provided.
Second, there is provided a structure capable of increasing the water content of the permeable concrete, for example, a water tank or a water storage structure (hereinafter collectively referred to as a water storage tank) in which excellent rainwater can be temporarily stored during heavy rainfall, It is necessary that the water stored in the water reservoir be slowly permeated into the hearth by making it possible to temporarily store the water in the water reservoir in the package.
Third, when the stormwater is poured through the pores or evaporates, the calcium hydroxide escapes through the pores together to prevent the strength of the concrete from dropping and prevent cracks due to the surrounding impact.
Fourth, in order to be economical permeable packaging, a two-layered packaging that only colors the surface layer at the time of coloring is preferable, and a plan having an effect of increasing the thickness of the packaging in order to increase economy and durability should be proposed.
Fifth, the existing permeable concrete sprayed with epoxy should be slippery on the surface of the pierced concrete pavement because the surface is slippery and the passengers fall on the snow or rainy days frequently.
An object of the present invention is to provide a water permeable concrete pavement and a method of packing the waterproof pavement by providing a space for storing water in the road pavement while securing excellent water permeability, thereby improving water drainage ability over time by increasing water content.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a pavement concrete pavement and a method of packing the pavement concrete which can prevent the loss of concrete underneath the pavement, thereby enhancing the durability of the concrete.
The present invention aims at enhancing the durability by preventing the cement component from escaping through the permeable concrete pores.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a permeable concrete pavement having increased slip resistance and a packaging method therefor.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a permeable concrete pavement which can be economically constructed and a packaging method therefor.
The polymer permeable concrete packing method improved the functional performance and endurance performance according to the present invention through the following process.
Step 1: Roadside landing and permeable sheet laying process
This process is a first step for carrying out the permeable concrete pavement method according to the present invention, in which the road surface of a road to be packed is flatly grounded, . The
Step 2: Drain block installation process
After the water-permeable sheet is laid, a drainage block of a predetermined shape and performance is installed thereon. According to the present invention, the drainage block has a predetermined empty space inside the drainage block, so that the drainage block is capable of receiving and holding water (rainwater) in the space when it is heated.
The shape of the drainage block according to the present invention may be such that a
In the case of the shapes shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
Further, the volume of the
As can be seen from FIG. 6, which is a plan view showing an example of the arrangement of the
Step 3: Aggregate filling process for base layer
This process is performed, for example, by disposing a
Fourth step: compaction process
The
Step 5: Polymer permeable concrete laying and compaction process
As shown in FIG. 1, the polymeric
As shown in FIG. 1, the polymer permeable concrete layer may be a two-layer structure having a polymer
When the polymer-
The polymer-
The polymer-
The permeable concrete for
The polymer-permeable concrete (50) for the surface layer is a part exposed to the outside, and a pigment can be used if necessary. When pigments such as iron oxide are used, the amount of the pigment to be used is in the range of 1 to 10 wt% of the amount of cement used, and in the case of using yellow soil, it is preferably used in the range of 10 to 50 wt% of the amount of cement.
In addition, reinforcing fibers for reinforcing the strength of the polymer-permeable concrete (50) for the surface layer can be further used. As the reinforcing fibers, PP, PE and cellulose fibers are used, and the polymer permeable concrete (50) 2,000 g is used.
The advantages of separating the polymeric permeable concrete layer (40) for the base layer and the permeable concrete layer (50) for the surface layer are economical construction such as partial use of the pigment and partial use of the reinforcing fiber. Increases the flexural strength of permeable concrete, and suppresses cracking.
Step 5: Spraying of surface protection material
The polymer-
Step 6: Joint construction process
After curing after the above-mentioned 5 steps, joints are installed and completed according to a usual method.
The present invention eliminates the occurrence of voids in the aggregate layer package due to the use of the conventional filter layer, provides a space in which water can be stored in the package, absorbs external impact by using a polymer, (Calcium hydroxide) to prevent the outflow thereof. Also, since the drain block installed in the package can provide the same effect as placing a concrete beam, the thickness of the permeable concrete pavement can be increased, and the safety and durability of the pavement can be obtained.
