Claims (1)
- 엔진의 회전력을 필요한 속도로 변속시켜 차동기어장치(20)의 링기어(22)로 전달하는 수동 변속기에 있어서,변속기 하우징(30)내에 엔진의 회전력을 전달받는 입력축(32), 상부출력축(34) 및 하부출력축(36)이 나란하게 배치되고;상기 입력축(32)에 선단에서 후단으로 7단 구동기어(47), 1단 구동기어(41), 2단 구동기어(42), 3단 구동기어(43), 4단 구동기어(44)를 각기 순차적으로 고정 설치하고;상기 상부출력축(34)에는 상기 7단 구동기어(47)에 이맞물림된 7단 피동기어(57)와, 상기 3단 구동기어(43)에 이맞물림된 3단 피동기어(53)와, 4단 구동기어(44)에 이맞물림된 4단 피동기어(54)와, 상기 7단 피동기어(57)와 대향적으로 배치된 후진기어(61)가 설치됨과 동시에, 상기 3단 피동기어(53)와 4단 피동기어(54) 사이의 상부출력축(34) 둘레에 3-4단 싱크로메시기구(100)가 설치되고, 상기 7단 피동기어(57)와 상기 후진기어(3)와의 사이에 R-7단 싱크로매시기구(110)가 설치되고;상기 하부출력축(36)에는 상기 1단 구동기어(41)에 이맞물림된 1단 피동기어(51)와, 상기 2단 구동기어(42)에 이맞물림된 2단 피동기어(52)와, 상기 3단 구동기어(43)에 이맞물림된 5단 피동기어(55)와, 상기 4단 구동기어(44)에 이맞물림된 6단 피동기어(56)가 설치됨과 동시에, 상기 1단 피동기어(51)와 2단 피동기어(52) 그리고 5단 피동기어(55)와 6단 피동기어(56)와의 사이에 각기 1-2단 싱크로메시기구(120)와 5-6단 싱크로메시기구(130)가 설치되고,상기 링기어(22)는 상기 상부출력축(34)과 하부출력축(36)의 선단부에 각기 설치된 상부 종감속기어(35)와 하부 종감속기어(37)에 동시에 이맞물림되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 구동형 7속 수동 변속기.
