Claims (12)
- 데칼린 용매 중 135 ℃에서 측정한 극한 점도 [η]가 3.5 내지 6.8 dl/g 인 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합 고무 (A), 광물유계 연화제 (B), 결정화도가 50 % 이상인 α-올레핀계 결정질 중합체 (C) 및 190 ℃에서의 용융 점도가 50,000 cPs 이하이고, 결정화도가 50 % 미만인 α-올레핀계 비정질 중합체 (D)를 함유하고, (A), (B), (C) 및 (D)의 합계를 100 질량%으로 한 경우에, (A)를 20 내지 63 질량%, (B)를 35 내지 78 질량%, (C)를 1 내지 12 질량% 그리고 (D)를 1 내지 12 질량% 함유하는 혼합물 중 적어도 일부가 가교되어 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합 고무 (A)가 에틸렌·α-올레핀 이원 공중합체 및(또는) 에틸렌·α-올레핀·비공액 디엔 삼원 공중합체인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀계 결정질 중합체 (C)의 비중이 0.89 g/cm3이상, 0.94 g/cm3 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀계 결정질 중합체 (C)가 폴리프로필렌, 프로 필렌·에틸렌 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-부텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-펜텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·3-메틸-1-부텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-헥센 공중합체, 프로필렌·3-메틸-1-펜텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·4-메틸-1-펜텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·3-에틸-1-펜텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-옥텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-데센 공중합체 및 프로필렌·1-운데센 공중합체에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀계 비정질 중합체 (D)의 비중이 O.85 g/cm3 이상, 0.89 g/cm3 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀계 비정질 중합체 (D)가 어택틱 폴리프로필렌, 어택틱 폴리-1-부텐, 50 몰% 이상 함유하는 프로필렌과 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-옥텐 또는 1-데센과의 공중합체 및 50 몰% 이상 함유하는 1-부텐과 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-옥텐 또는 1-데센 (프로필렌이 50 몰%인 경우를 제외함)의 공중합체에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 광물유계 연화제 (a1) 및 데칼린 용매 중 135 ℃에서 측정한 극한 점도[η]가 3.5 내지 6.8 dl/g 인 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합 고무 (a2)를 함유하고, 상기 (a1) 및 상기(a2)의 합계를 100 질량%로 한 경우에, 상기 (a1)이 30 질량% 이상인 유전(油展) 고무 (A'), 후첨가 광물유계 연화제 (B'), 결정화도가 50 % 이상인 α-올레핀계 결정질 중합체 (C) 및 190 ℃ 에서의 용융 점도가 50,000 cPs 이하이고 결정화도가 50 % 미만인 α-올레핀계 비정질 중합체 (D)를 함유하고, (A'), (B'), (C) 및 (D)의 합계를 100 질량%으로 한 경우에, (A')를 30 내지 98 질량%, (B')를 0 내지 50 질량%, (C)를 1 내지 12 질량% 그리고 (D)를 1 내지 12 질량% 함유하는 혼합물 중 적어도 일부가 가교되어 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합 고무 (a2)가 에틸렌·α-올레핀 이원 공중합체 및(또는) 에틸렌·α-올레핀·비공액 디엔 삼원 공중합체인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀계 결정질 중합체 (C)의 비중이 0.89 g/cm3 이상, 0.94 g/cm3 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀계 결정질 중합체 (C)가 폴리프로필렌, 프로필렌·에틸렌 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-부텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-펜텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·3-메틸-1-부텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-헥센 공중합체, 프로필렌·3-메틸-1-펜텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·4-메틸-1-펜텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·3-에틸-1-펜텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-옥텐 공중합체, 프로필렌·1-데센 공중합체 및 프로필렌·1-운데센 공중합체에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀계 비정질 중합체 (D)의 비중이 0.85 g/cm3 이상 0.89 g/cm3 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀계 비정질 중합체 (D)가 어택틱 폴리프로필렌, 어택틱 폴리1-부텐, 50 몰% 이상 함유하는 프로필렌과 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-옥텐 또는 1-데센과의 공중합체 및 50 몰% 이상 함유하는 1-부텐과 다른 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-옥텐 또는 1-데센(프로필렌이 50 몰%인 경우를 제외함)과의 공중합체에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
