Claims (4)
- 주석, 또는 주석을 주성분으로 하고 인듐, 비스무트 중 적어도 1종류를 포함하는 합금의 초음파 용융조를 준비하는 단계(S1)와,관형 유리 램프 용기의 단부를 일정한 온도로 균일하게 가열하는 단계(S2)와,상기 초음파 용융조에 관형 유리 램프 용기의 단부를 딥핑하는 단계(S3)와,상기 단계에 의해 상기 관형 유리 램프 용기의 단부에 딥핑층을 형성하는 단계(S4)를 구비하고,상기 딥핑층을 외부 전극으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압 방전 램프의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 S1단계의 합금은 안티몬, 구리, 아연 중 적어도 1종류 더 포함하는 것을 특징을 하는 저압 방전 램프의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 S2 단계의 관형 유리 램프 용기의 단부는 열원을 사용하여 1초에서 10초 사이에 80℃~150℃로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압 방전 램프의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 S3단계의 상기 관형 유리 램프 용기의 단부 딥핑 시간은 0.8초에서 1.5초사이로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압 방전 램프의 제조 방법.
