Claims (3)
- 마스터 실린더와 각 차륜에 대응하여 설치된 휠 실린더와의 사이의 통로를 차단하는 차단 장치와, 상기 차단 장치와 상기 휠 실린더와의 사이의 상기 통로에 고압의 작동 액체를 공급하는 고압 액체 공급원과, 제동 조작 부재에 대한 운전자의 조작력을 검출하는 조작력 검출 수단과, 제동 조작 부재에 대한 운전자의 조작 변위량을 검출하는 조작 변위량 검출 수단과, 상기 조작력 검출 수단 및 상기 조작 변위량 검출 수단의 검출치에 기초하여 상기 휠 실린더 내의 액체 압력을 제어하는 액체 압력 제어 수단을 갖는 차량의 제동 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 조작력 검출 수단의 수는 상기 조작 변위량 검출 수단의 수보다도 많고, 상기 액체 압력 제어 수단은 각 검출 수단의 검출치 사이에 모순이 있을 때에는 상호 모순이 없는 검출치에 기초하여 상기 휠 실린더 내의 액체 압력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제동 제어 장치는 2개의 조작력 검출 수단과 1개의 조작 변위량 검출 수단을 갖고, 상기 액체 압력 제어 수단은 상기 2개의 조작력 검출 수단의 검출치의 사이에 모순이 없고 또한 상기 2개의 조작력 검출 수단의 검출치와 상기 조작 변위량 검출 수단의 검출치와의 사이에 모순이 있을 때에는, 상기 2개의 조작력 검출 수단의 검출치에 기초하여 상기 휠 실린더 내의 액체 압력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제동 제어 장치는 2개의 조작력 검출 수단과 1개의 조작 변위량 검출 수단을 갖고, 상기 액체 압력 제어 수단은 상기 2개의 조작력 검출 수단의 검출치의 사이에 모순이 있고 또한 한쪽의 조작력 검출 수단의 검출치와 상기 조작 변위량 검출 수단의 검출치와의 사이에 모순이 없을 때에는, 상기 한쪽의 조작력 검출 수단의 검출치 및 상기 조작 변위량 검출 수단의 검출치에 기초하여 상기 휠 실린더 내의 액체 압력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 제어 장치.
