Claims (10)
- 기본 조성물로서 (A)폴리프로필렌 수지 5 ∼ 45 중량%, (B)올레핀계 공중합체 고무 5 ∼ 80 중량%, (C)프로세싱 오일 5 ∼ 30 중량%, (D)저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물 1 ∼ 30 중량%가 함유되어 있고,상기 기본 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 (E)유기 퍼옥사이드계 가교제 0.01 ∼ 5 중량부, (F)가교조제 0.01 ∼ 5 중량부 및 (G)폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 0.5 ∼ 5 중량부가 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장부품의 표피재로 적합한 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (A)폴리프로필렌 수지는 α-올레핀 단량체와의 블록 또는 랜덤 공중합체로 제조된 아택틱 폴리머(Attactic polymer)로서, 용융지수(230 ℃, 2160 g)가 0.1 ∼ 60 g/10min 범위의 결정성 폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (A)폴리프로필렌 수지는 유기 과산화물로 압출기를 통하여 얻어진 것으로, 용융지수(230 ℃, 2160 g) 범위가 130 ∼ 160 g/10min인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (B)올레핀계 공중합체 고무는 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원 공중합체 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 고무, 에틸렌-부텐 공중합체 고무, 에틸렌-옥텐 공중합체 고무 및 스틸렌 에틸렌 부티렌 스틸렌 공중합체(SEBS) 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (C)프로세싱 오일은 발화온도 300 ∼ 580 ℃ 범위의 파라핀 계통 미네랄 오일인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (D)저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀 단량체의 공중합체로서, 용융지수(190 ℃, 2160 g)가 10 g/10min 이하인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (D)고밀도 폴리에틸렌수지는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀 단량체의 공중합체로서, 용융지수(190 ℃, 2160 g)가 5 g/10min 이하인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀 단량체는 1-부텐, 1-펜텐 및 1-헥센 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (E)유기 퍼옥사이드계 가교제는 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 라우릴 퍼옥사이드, 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 1,3-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젠, 디-t-부틸 퍼옥사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥실)헥산, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥실)헥산-3, p-클로로벤조일 퍼옥사이드, n-부틸-4,4-비스(t-부틸퍼옥시)발리레이트 및 2.4-디클로로벤조일 퍼옥사이드 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (F)가교조제는 디비닐벤젠, 트리알릴시아누레이트, 에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리메타크릴레이트 및 알릴메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
