Abstract
2軸ヒンジは、第1本体(1)と、第1本体(1)に第1軸(4)の回りを回転可能に連結される中間体(3)と、中間体(3)に第1軸(4)と平行な第2軸(5)の回りを回転可能に連結される第2本体(2)と、を備える。第1軸(4)に積層された2枚以上の第1摩擦プレート(6)を締まり嵌め状態で係合させる。第2軸(5)に積層された2枚以上の第2摩擦プレート(7)を締まり嵌め状態で係合させる。第1本体(1)は、第1軸(4)を回転不可能に支持する。第2本体(2)は、第2軸(5)を回転不可能に支持する。第1摩擦プレート(6)及び第2摩擦プレート(7)は、中間体(3)に回転不可能に収容される。

Claims (5)
- 第1本体と、前記第1本体に第1軸の回りを回転可能に連結される中間体と、前記中間体に前記第1軸と平行な第2軸の回りを回転可能に連結される第2本体と、を備える2軸ヒンジにおいて、
前記第1軸に締まり嵌め状態で係合し、積層された2枚以上の第1摩擦プレートと、
前記第2軸に締まり嵌め状態で係合し、積層された2枚以上の第2摩擦プレートと、を備え、
前記第1軸が前記第1本体及び前記中間体のいずれか一方に対して時計方向及び反時計方向に回転不可能であり、
前記第1摩擦プレートが前記第1本体及び前記中間体の他方に対して時計方向及び反時計方向に回転不可能であり、
前記第2軸が前記第2本体及び前記中間体のいずれか一方に対して時計方向及び反時計方向に回転不可能であり、
前記第2摩擦プレートが前記第2本体及び前記中間体の他方に対して時計方向及び反時計方向に回転不可能である2軸ヒンジ。 - 前記第1摩擦プレートの枚数と前記第2摩擦プレートの枚数とが異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2軸ヒンジ。
- 前記中間体は、前記第1摩擦プレートを回転不可能に収容する第1収容部と、前記第2摩擦プレートを回転不可能に収容する第2収容部と、を有し、
前記第1軸は、前記第1収容部を貫通すると共に、2分割された前記第1本体に回転不可能に支持され、
前記第2軸は、前記第2収容部を貫通すると共に、2分割された前記第2本体に回転不可能に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の2軸ヒンジ。 - 前記第1摩擦プレート及び前記第2摩擦プレートは、前記第1軸及び前記第2軸が貫通する軸開口部を規定する囲み部と、前記囲み部に一体に形成される楔状の回り止め部と、を有し、
前記第1摩擦プレートの前記回り止め部と前記第2摩擦プレートの前記回り止め部とが互いに対向することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の2軸ヒンジ。 - 前記中間体は、前記第1収容部及び前記第2収容部を塞ぐ蓋部を有し、
前記蓋部における前記第1本体に摺動する部分及び前記第2本体に摺動する部分が樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の2軸ヒンジ。
