Claims (9)
- 磁性材料の筒状ケースと、この筒状ケースの軸方向一方端側の開口を塞いで第1軸受を保持する端蓋と、前記筒状ケースの軸方向他方端側に保持された第2軸受と、前記第1及び第2軸受に跨って軸方向移動可能に挿通された非磁性材料のスラスト可動軸と、前記筒状ケースの内周面に相隣接して固定された第1及び第2コイルと、前記筒状ケース内で前記スラスト可動軸が貫通して固定されたアキシャル着磁の第1筒状永久磁石と、前記筒状ケース内で前記スラスト可動軸が貫通して固定されており、前記第1筒状永久磁石の軸方向一端面に重ね合わせられ外周縁が第1コイルの内周面に臨む第1環状ポールピースと、前記筒状ケース内で前記スラスト可動軸が貫通して固定されており、前記第1筒状永久磁石の軸方向他端面に重ね合わせられ外周縁が第2コイルの内周面に臨む第2環状ポールピースと、前記筒状ケースの軸方向一方端又は他方端に対して前記スラスト可動軸を軸方向に付勢するバネ手段とを有することを特徴とする振動発生装置。
- 請求項1に記載の振動発生装置において、前記第1コイルと前記第2コイルとは捲線が互い逆巻で直列接続して成ることを特徴とする振動発生装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の振動発生装置において、前記第2コイルを中央にして前記第1コイルとは軸方向の反対側で前記筒状ケースの内周面に固定された第3コイルと、前記第2環状ポールピースを中央にして前記第1筒状永久磁石とは軸方向の反対側に同磁極面で重ね合わせたアキシャル着磁の第2筒状永久磁石と、この第2筒状永久磁石の軸方向他端面に重ね合わせられ外周縁が前記第3コイルの内周面に臨む第3環状ポールピースを有することを特徴とする振動発生装置。
- 請求項3に記載の振動発生装置において、前記第2コイルと前記第3コイルとは捲線が互い逆巻で直列接続して成ることを特徴とする振動発生装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の振動発生装置において、前記スラスト可動軸の軸方向一方端側に固定された第1錘体と、前記スラスト可動軸の軸方向他方端側に固定された第2錘体とを有することを特徴とする振動発生装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の振動発生装置において、前記筒状ケースは有底筒状ケースであって、前記第2軸受は前記有底筒状ケースの底板に保持されていることを特徴とする振動発生装置。
- 請求項6に記載の振動発生装置において、前記バネ手段は、前記端蓋と前記第1錘体との間に介装された第1バネと、前記底板と前記第2錘体との間に介装された第2バネとから成ることを特徴とする振動発生装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の振動発生装置において、前記筒状ケースにその軸方向他端側から外嵌する金属製ブラケットを有し、この金属製ブラケットは半田固着用平坦面を備えることを特徴とする振動発生装置。
- 請求項7に記載の振動発生装置において、前記端蓋は、前記開口を塞ぐ内蓋部と前記金属製ブラケットの軸方向一端側の開口に嵌る外蓋部とを一体的に有することを特徴とする振動発生装置。
