Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定する圧力により変形する少なくとも一対の
    撓み部材と、この一対の撓み部材にそれぞれ設け
    られ、各撓み部材の変形量に応じた信号をそれぞ
    れ出力する少なくとも１以上の検出素子とを備え
    、各検出素子を、前記圧力に応じた撓み部材の変
    形による各検出素子の信号が検出出力として取り
    出され、前記圧力以外の外乱に応じた撓み部材の
    変形による各検出素子の信号が互いに打ち消され
    るように結線したことを特徴とする圧力センサ。
