Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力荷重により撓む撓み部材と、この撓み部材
の撓み量に相応した信号を得る力学量検出素子と
を備えた力学量センサにおいて、 前記撓み部材は板状の本体に溝をくり抜いて形
成され、固定端側が本体と連設し自由端側が本体
に対して撓むようにされ、前記入力荷重と直交す
る荷重による前記撓み部材の変形量が許容範囲内
に制限されるように前記溝の幅を定めたことを特
徴とする力学量センサ。
