Claims (1)
- 基体薄板の表裏両面にそれぞれ圧電素子を設け
たバイモルフ型圧電ダイアフラムを有する圧電型
力学量センサにおいて、少なくとも一対の前記バ
イモルフ型圧電ダイアフラムを備えると共に、こ
の各圧電ダイアフラムのバイモルフ出力を焦電電
圧によるノイズが打ち消されるよう並列接続した
ことを特徴とする圧電型力学量センサ。
