  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 表面が平滑な記録媒体上に原稿に忠実な静
    電潜像を形成する手段、前記手段により形成され
    た静電潜像を絶縁性トナーにより均一薄層状態で
    現像する手段、得られたトナー像を表面が平滑な
    中間転写媒体に非静電的に転写する手段、中間転
    写媒体上のトナー像を記録シートを介在させて加
    熱ロールにて押圧し記録シートに転写定着する手
    段からなることを特徴とする複写装置。 (2) 現像手段において使用されるトナーの電気
    抵抗が１０１５Ω・cm以上である実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の複写装置。
