Claims (2)
- （１）非晶質シリコン系光導電体層を導電性基質上に有
する感光ドラムと、該ドラム表面に沿って設けられた主
帯電機構、画像露光機構、トナー現像機構、トナー像転
写機構及びトナークＩＪ−ニンク機構とから成る電子写
真装置゛において、前記ドラム表面の近傍に該表面を加
温乃至加熱するための熱ローラを設けたことを特徴とす
′ る電子写真装置。 - （２）前記熱ローラが、画像形成行程に先立って或いは
終了後に感光ドラム表面に当接して加温乃至加熱が行な
われる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電子写真装
置。
