Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定子を圧電素子で振動させることにより
固定子表面に進行波を生じさせ、この進行波によ
り移動子を移動させる超音波モータにおいて、固
定子と移動子およびそれらの保持部材等を非磁性
体で形成したことを特徴とする超音波モータ。 (2) 移動子はそれと一体に回転する出力軸が設
けられていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項に記載の超音波モータ。
