  1. （１）弾性振動体に進行弾性波を発生させ、これにより
    移動体を駆動する超音波モータにおいて、上記移動体の
    被駆動部表面を耐摩耗層としたことを特徴とする超音波
    モータ。
  2. （２）上記振動体の駆動部表面を耐摩耗層とした実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の超音波モータ。
