Claims (1)
- 固定子の一方の面に圧電素子を設けて進行波を
生じさせ、固定子の他方の面に圧接した移動子を
移動させるようにした超音波モータにおいて、進
行波伝達のため固定子と移動子とを直接接触させ
るとともに、それらの接触面のうち少なくとも一
方の接触面を超硬質素材で形成したことを特徴と
する超音波モータ。
