Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ステータに圧電体を接着して進行波を発生
できるようにし、ステータにロータを重ねるとと
もにそのロータをバネ材によりステータに押し付
け、ロータの中心孔内に出力軸を嵌合するととも
に、その出力軸にバネ材を連結してロータとバネ
材と出力軸とを一体に回転するようにした超音波
モータにおいて、出力軸はその出力取出し側の部
分がたわみ可能な部材により形成されていること
を特徴とする超音波モータ。 (2) 出力軸を中空状の金属製フレキシブルカツ
プリングにより形成した請求項１に記載の超音波
モータ。
