- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 位相の異なる電圧を圧電体に印加してステータ
に撓み振動を発生させ、上記ステータの撓み振動
によつてロータを回転駆動させる超音波モータに
おいて、 上記ロータは、その内周部が弾性を有すべく外
周部に対し、薄肉とされ、 上記内周部には、駆動力伝達用の軸が形成され
ていることを特徴とする超音波モータ。
