断面図であり、第１図はエンジンの気筒配列方向
に沿つて切断した要部縦断面図、第２図はエンジ
ンの気筒配列方向と直角方向に切断した要部縦断
面図、第３図および第４図はオイルパンの具体的
構造を示す図であり、第３図はオイルパン上面図
、第４図はオイルパン側面図、第５図は本考案の
第２実施例に係るオイルパンの具体的構造を示す
上面図、第６図、第７図はクランクシヤフトおよ
びシリンダブロツク軸受部の変形特性を示す図で
あり、第６図は気筒内の爆発圧力が作用した時の
変形特性図、第７図はピストンやコネクテイング
ロツドの往復動に伴う慣性力が作用した時の変形
特性図、第８図はシリンダブロツクの変形特性を

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリンダブロツクスカート部下部との間に
    シール部材を介在させ、締結ボルトを介して取付
    けられるオイルパンにおいて、 上記オイルパンの表面にはオイルパン補強用の
    ビードが形成されており、このビードはオイルパ
    ン短軸方向にわたりスカート部下部との取付け面
    を構成する一側のフランジから他側のフランジま
    で連続して形成されるとともに、シリンダブロツ
    ク軸受部を補強する隔壁のうちの少なくとも＃１
    気筒側端部の隔壁近傍に形成されていることを特
    徴とするオイルパン。 (2) 上記ビードはフランジが形成されるオイル
    パン上端部より一側のオイルパン側面、底面およ
    び他側のオイルパン側面にわたつて連続して形成
    され、他側のフランジまで達していることを特徴
    とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
    のオイルパン。 (3) 上記オイルパンは少なくとも＃１気筒側端
    部の隔壁近傍にボルト締結点を備え、スカート部
    下部に取付けられることを特徴とする前記実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のオイルパン。
