Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、拡散物遮断体として働く金属製の中間層と熱
可塑性の覆い層とを備えた多層のチューブ管を有する包
装用チューブであって、前記チューブ管の上緑が、これ
とは別体に製作された熱可塑性のチューブヘッドの肩部
をつかんでおり、この肩部が、チューブヘッドの頚部に
まで達する遮断層によって覆われている形式のものに関
する。

既製部品として互いに溶着させる方法はすでに以前から
公知である。

チューブヘッドを包装用チューブ製作時に例えば射出成
形によってチューブ管に取付ける方法に対比したこの方
法の利点は、出力の比較的小さな機械によって実施され
得ることにある。

本発明の課題は、すでに述べた欠点が回避されるような
包装用チューブを提供することにある。

この課題を解決した本発明の構成によれば、前記遮断層
が、少なくとも1方の側に熱可塑性の覆い層を備えた結
合リング板として形成されておりかつ、この結合リング
板が、内方へ突出したチューブ管上縁部に係合しており
かつじかに前記肩部上に位置しており、結合リング板の
覆い層が、チューブ管の内側の熱可塑性の覆い層乃至チ
ューブヘッドの肩部に溶着されており、かつ、結合リン
グ板の切断エッジが熱可塑性の覆い層の材料によって被
覆されている。

Claims (1)
- 1 拡散物遮断体として働く金属製の中間層と熱可塑性
の覆い層とを備えた多層のチューブ管を有する包装用チ
ューブであって、前記チューブ管の上縁が、これとは別
体に製作された熱可塑性のチューブヘッドの肩部をつか
んでおり、この肩部がチューブヘッドの頚部にまで達す
る遮断層によって覆われている形式のものにおいて、前
記遮断層が、少なくとも1方の側に熱可塑性の覆い層を
備えた結合リング板として形成されており、かつ、この
結合リング板が、内方へ突出したチューブ管上縁部に係
合しておりかつじかに前記肩部上に位置しており、結合
リング板の覆い層が、チューブ管の内側の熱可塑性の覆
い層乃至チューブヘッドの肩部に溶着されており、かつ
、結合リング板の切断エッジが熱可塑性の覆い層の材料
によって被覆されていることを特徴とする包装用チュー
