Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the hysteresis characteristics, by changing a bias voltage in response to an output through the use of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage Vr and an input voltage Vs are applied to a positive input terminal of a CMOS differential amplifier 20 through a capacitor 18 and switches 14 and 15 respectively. A negative input terminal of the amplifier 20 is grounded via a capacitor C and connected to the output terminal via a switch 11. Bias voltages V1 and V2 obtained from voltage dividing resistors 24 and 26 are inputted to the positive input terminal via switches 13 and 12 respectively. When a comparative operation is made by turning the switches 11, 12 and 14 off and turning the switch 15 on after the initial setting through the switches 11, 12 and 14, the switch 13 is closed or opened in accordance with an output V0 and the bias voltage of the positive input terminal is changed, then the hysteresis is caused.
