Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep an output voltage constant by turning off both amplifying transistors, charging and discharging a voltage holding capacitor, when the output of a phase comparator is placed in an ''open'' state. CONSTITUTION:Amplifying transistor TRs 31 and 32 are provided for charging and discharging capacitor 36. When a signal is in state ''H'' at input terminal 20 to which the output of the phase comparator is applied, either of TRs 31 and 32 is turned on and the other off. When the signal at terminal 20 is in state ''L'', on the other hand TRs 31 and 32 are turned off and on reversely. Further, when the ''open'' state is set at terminal 20, TRs 31 and 32 are both turned off. Thus, the output voltage can be kept constant when the phase comparator output is in the ''open'' state.
