Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a food, having a low caloric value, and suitable for maintaining the health, by mixing a KONJAK (a devil's-tongue jelly) with a fried boiled fish paste and a GANMODOKI (a fried bean curd mixed with vegetables and seaweeds).
CONSTITUTION: A raw material for a boiled fish paste consisting of a ground fish meat, starch, egg white, seasoning, etc. is mixed with finely cut pieces of a KONJAK (a devil's-tonque jelly) and molded. The resultant molded material mixture is then fried in an oil, e.g. soybean oil, to prepare the aimed fried boiled fish paste containing the KONJAK (the devil's-tongue jelly). A squeezed beam curd is mixed with the finely cut pieces of the KINJAK (devil's-tongue jelly), burdock, carrot, sea tangle, etc., and the resultant mixture is then moled and fried in an oil to prepare the aimed GANMODOKI (the fried bean curd mixed with vegetables and seaweeds). The amount of the KONJAK is about 1W50wt%.
