Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure molding of a fiber-contained resin like FRTP free from flow marks by forming a film of matter with a specific thickness and thermal resistance which is inferior in thermal conductivity on the face of an injection molding die to come in contact with resin. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 6 in which a fiber-contained resin is poured and molded is formed with metallic split molds 1, 2 of more than two. The cavity is provided on its surface with a film 4 of ceramics, fluororesin or thermosetting resin below 2mm in thickness and over 2X10<-4>m<2>hr deg.C/Kcal in thermal resistance which is combined integrally with the cavity. Ceramic is preferable to be enamel or glass. The film functions to prevent the fused resin poured in the cavity from being cooled quickly at the die face, which is capable of preventing flow marks from arising.
