Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a molded item excellent in cylindricality by a method wherein the temperature difference larger than the specified value is given between the surface temperature of a mold in contact with the tip opening part of a cylinder and that of a mold in contact with the middle part of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical mold having an excellent cylindricality may be obtained by molding with a mold, in which the temperature difference is provided so that the surface temperature of a mold in contact with the tip opening part of a cylinder is made to be higher than that of a mold in contact with the middle part of the cylinder. In this case, the surface temperature difference the molds is at least 3 deg.C, preferably 5 deg.C or higher. The means to provide temperature difference between molds is a method to heat with a heater provided near the tip opening part cavity of a cylinder of a mold, one to flow highly temperature-controlled liquid or gas in a liquid or gas in a liquid or gas channel provided near the tip opening part cavity of the cylinder of the mold, or one to flow lowly temperature-controlled liquid or gas in a liquid or gas channel provided near the middle part of the cylinder of the mold.
