Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 1個かたはそれを越える繊維化ノズルないしオリフィスを通して、ポリア リーレンスルフィド樹脂とポリオレフィン樹脂とのブレンドを溶融ブロー成形す るステップを有し;前記ポリオレフィン樹脂の量が全ブレンドの約40重量%ま でである、ポリアリーレンスルフィド繊維の製造方法。 2. 前記ポリオレフィン樹脂の量が、全ブレンドの約20重量%までである請 求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドがポリフェニレンスルフィドである請求項 1または2に記載の方法。 4. 前記ポリオレフィンがポリプロピレンである請求項1−3の何れかに記載 の方法。 5. 前記ポリプロピレンのが、全ブレンドの約2−10重量%の量で存在する 請求項4に記載の方法。 6. 前記ポリプロピレンのが、全ブレンドの約5重量%の量で存在する請求項 5に記載の方法。 7. 溶融ブロー成形した後、前記ポリアリーレンスルフィド繊維を収集面に収 集して繊維状ウェブを形成する請求項1−6の何れかに記載の方法。 8. さらに、ポリアリーレンスルフィドを結晶性相へ実質的に変化させるのに 充分な条件下で、前記ウェブを熱処理するステップを有する請求項7に記載の方 法。 9. 前記ウェブを、約Tgと約Tmの間の温度で熱処理する請求項8に記載の方 法。 10. 前記ウェブを、約Tcと約Tmの間の温度で熱処理する請求項9に記載の 方法。 11. 前記ウェブを、Tcを約1−40℃超える温度で熱処理する請求項10 にに記載の方法。 12. 請求項1−6の何れかに記載の方法によって製造された溶 融ブロー成形ポリアリーレンスルフィド繊維。 13. 請求項7−11の何れかに記載の方法によって製造された溶融ブロー成 形ポリアリーレンスルフィド繊維状ウェブ。 14. ポリアリーレンスルフィドとポリオレフィンとから実質的に成り(cons isting essentially of)、前記ポリオレフィンが、全ブレンドの約40重量% までの量で存在する溶融ブロー成形繊維。 15. 前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドが、全ブレンドの約20重量%までの量 で存在する請求項14に記載の繊維。 16. 前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドがポリフェニレンスルフィドである請求 項14または15に記載の繊維。 17. 前記ポリオレフィンがポリプロピレンである請求項14−16の何れか に記載の繊維。 18. 前記ポリプロピレンが、全ブレンドの約2−10重量%の量で存在する 請求項17に記載の繊維。 19. 前記ポリプロピレンが、全ブレンドの約5重量%の量で存在する請求項 18に記載の繊維。 20. 前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドが実質的に結晶性相である請求項14− 19の何れかに記載の繊維。 21. 請求項14−20の何れかに記載の複数の(multitude)繊維を有する 溶融ブロー成形繊維状不織ウェブ。 22. 前記ウェブが、約5μm以下の平均直径を有する繊維からなる請求項2 1に記載の溶融ブロー成形繊維状不織ウェブ。 23. 硬化させた、または半硬化させたポリアリーレンスルフィドと、ポリオ レフィンとから本質的に成り、前記ポリオレフィンが、全ブレンドの約40重量 %までの量で存在する樹脂組成物。 24. 前記ポリオレフィンが、全ブレンドの約20重量%までの量で存在する 請求項23に記載の樹脂組成物。 25. 前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドがポリフェニレンスルフィドである請求 項23または24に記載の樹脂組成物。 26. 前記ポリオレフィンがポリプロピレンである請求項23− 25の何れかに記載の樹脂組成物。 27. 前記ポリプロピレンが、全ブレンドの約2−10重量%の量で存在する 請求項26記載の樹脂組成物。 28. 前記ポリプロピレンが、全ブレンドの約5重量%の量で存在する請求項 27記載の樹脂組成物。 29. ハウジングと、請求項13、21または22に記載の溶融ブロー成形繊 維状不織ウェブとからなる濾過装置。
