【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、一般に、携帯型手術器
具に関し、詳細には、内視鏡携帯型器具の取手のための
新規かつ有益な鎖錠機構に関する。
【０００２】
【従来技術及びその課題】最小侵襲性手術において、細
長いシャフト器具は、組織をつかみ、切断し、切開し、
操作するために、トロカールの如く接近口を通して使用
される。これら器具は、外科医によって器具の末端効果

器具である。本発明は、取手本体と、シャフトの近位端
部において取手本体に結合された細長いシャフトとを具
備する携帯型手術器具である。一対の可動あごの如く末
端効果器は、シャフトの遠位端部において位置する。末
端効果器は、鉗子、はさみ、グラスパー又は同等物のよ
うな任意の形式の手術用末端効果器である。 本発明は
また、取手本体に可動に連結された作動取手部材を含
み、末端効果器の移動を起こさせるために、末端効果器
に作動可能に連結される。こうして、取手作動部材の動
作により、可動あご要素の如く末端効果器が、開閉され
る。

外側動作を防止する。わずかな外側動作のみが、鎖錠組
立品５０によって許容され、作動システムにおける残留
ひずみによって容易に収容される。結着は、解放トリガ
５１が押下され、鎖錠棒４６の弧への接線に関して垂直
定位に鎖錠タブ６０をシフトさせ、これにより、鎖錠棒
４６に対する結着を軽減させ、解放を行うまで効力を維
持する。
【００４１】トリガ５１が十分に押下された時、上向き
動作が指パッド５６に適用されるならば、鎖錠ノッチ５
８は、鎖錠肩部５３に係合し、非鎖錠位置において鎖錠
タブ６０を保持し、これにより、取手作動区分４０の自
由な双方向移動、即ち、図１１に示された如く、取手本
体３２に対して離接する移動、を可能にする。下向き圧
力が、パッド５６に及ぼされるならば、解放トリガ５１
は、下方に移動し、肩部５３からノッチ５８を解除し、
これにより、解放トリガ５１と鎖錠タブ６０を鎖錠位置
に復帰させ、結果として、取手作動区分４０の内向き動
作のみを可能にする。
【００４２】本発明の代替態様が、図１２において示さ
れ、この場合、図１〜図１１において使用されたと同一
の参照番号が、代替態様において同一又は同様の部品を
示すために使用される。代替態様と図１〜図１１の実施
態様の双方に共通な要素は、図１２において示されな
い。図１２において最良に例示された如く、本発明によ
る代替態様において、取手作動区分４０は、作動指環４
４における作動区分４０内に滑り可能に配設された解放
トリガ１５１を有する。解放トリガ１５１の近位端部
は、作動指環４４内に位置するが、解放トリガ１５１の
遠位端部１５７は、作動区分４０内に位置し、押圧ばね
１７０と接触する。また、解放トリガ１５１が押し下げ
られた時、トリガ１５１の遠位端部１５７が、遠位端部
１５７と壁１７２の間でばね１７０を圧縮する如く、押
圧ばね１７０は、壁１７２に接触する。
【００４３】解放トリガ１５１はまた、トリガ１５１の
遠位端部１５７に隣接して傾斜面１５３を有する。解放
トリガ１５１の傾斜面１５３は、鎖錠タブ１６０の端部
１６４に接触する。鎖錠タブ押圧ばね１５２は、鎖錠タ
ブ１６０の下端部１６４と作動区分４０の外壁１４５の
間に位置する。
【００４４】鎖錠タブ１６０は、Ｚ形状であり、下端部
１６４に対向して上端部又は鎖錠端部１６１を有する。
鎖錠タブ１６０は、鎖錠棒１４６を通過させるために、
鎖錠端部１６１においてアパーチュア１６２を有する。
鎖錠棒１４６は、取手本体３２の頸部３４に対して一方
の端部において固定され、作動区分４０の穴１３７を通
って滑動可能である。さらに、突合せ表面１４３は、鎖
錠棒１４６を案内するために、作動区分４０において鎖
錠棒１４６に隣接して位置する。
【００４５】この代替態様は、前段落において記載され
たと同一の方法で作動システムを鎖錠する。鎖錠を解放
させるために、外科医は親指で解放トリガ１５１を押し
下げ、ばね１７０を圧縮し、解放トリガ１５１の傾斜面
１５３が鎖錠タブ１６０の下端部１６４を通過して前進
される時、鎖錠タブ１６０の移動を生じさせ、鎖錠タブ
ばね１５２を圧縮させ、鎖錠棒１４６の弧の接線に関し
て垂直定位に鎖錠タブ１６０を旋回させる。これは、鎖
錠棒１４６を、鎖錠タブ１６０におけるアパーチュア１
３７と穴１６２を通って自由に移動させる。一旦、外科
医によって解放トリガ１５１から力が解放されたなら
ば、鎖錠機構１５０は、鎖錠位置に復帰し、鎖錠タブ１
６０の鎖錠端部１６１の穴１６２において鎖錠棒１４６
に摩擦係合する如く、鎖錠タブ１６０の定位をシフトさ
せる。
【００４６】この発明が最も好ましい実施態様に関連し
て記載されたが、この詳細な説明を検討する人達には、
多数の付加的な実施態様が、以下のクレイムにおいて記
載された如く、発明の範囲と精神内に十分に入ること
は、容易に明らかになるであろう。
【００４７】本発明の主なる特徴及び態様は以下のとお
りである。
【００４８】１．取手本体と、近位端部と遠位端部を有
し、該近位端部において該取手本体に連結された細長い
シャフトと、該シャフトの該遠位端部において位置する
少なくとも一つの可動部材を有する末端効果器と、該取
手本体に可動に結合され、該少なくとも一つの可動部材
を作動させるために該末端効果器に作動可能に結合され
た作動部材と、通り穴を有する、該取手本体における鎖
錠タブと、近位端部と遠位端部を有し、該近位端部にお
いて該作動部材に固定された鎖錠棒であり、該鎖錠棒の
少なくとも該遠位端部は、該穴を通して該鎖錠タブと可
動に係合された鎖錠棒と、該鎖錠棒と該鎖錠タブの係合
を解放するための、該鎖錠タブに作動可能に結合された
解放トリガとを具備する手術器具。
【００４９】２．鎖錠棒が、弓形の形状である上記１に
記載の手術器具。
【００５０】３．該解放トリガに対して該鎖錠タブを押
圧するための該取手本体における押圧ばねを含む上記２
に記載の手術器具。
【００５１】４．該取手本体が、指環を含む上記３に記
載の手術器具。
【００５２】５．該取手本体が、該指環の下に指休止部
分を含む上記４に記載の手術器具。
【００５３】６．該作動部材が、指環を含む上記５に記
載の手術器具。
【００５４】７．該シャフトと該末端効果器を回転させ
るために、該シャフトに連結された回転部材を含む上記
１に記載の手術器具。

いシャフトと、該シャフトの該遠位端部において位置す
る少なくとも一つの可動部材を有する末端効果器と、該
取手本体に可動に結合され、該少なくとも一つの可動部
材を作動させるための、該末端効果器に作動可能に結合
された作動部材と、通り穴を有する、該作動部材におけ
る鎖錠タブと、第１端部と第２端部を有し、該第１端部
において該取手本体に固定された鎖錠棒であり、該鎖錠
棒の少なくとも該第２端部は、該穴を通して該鎖錠タブ
と可動に係合された鎖錠棒と、該鎖錠棒と該鎖錠タブの
係合を解放するための、該鎖錠タブに作動可能に結合さ
れた解放トリガとを具備する手術器具。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 取手本体と、近位端部と遠位端部を有
    し、該近位端部において該取手本体に連結された細長い
    シャフトと、該シャフトの該遠位端部において位置する
    少なくとも一つの可動部材を有する末端効果器と、該取
    手本体に可動に結合され、該少なくとも一つの可動部材
    を作動させるために該末端効果器に作動可能に結合され
    た作動部材と、通り穴を有する、該取手本体における鎖
    錠タブと、近位端部と遠位端部を有し、該近位端部にお
    いて該作動部材に固定された鎖錠棒であり、該鎖錠棒の
    少なくとも該遠位端部は、該穴を通して該鎖錠タブと可
    動に係合された鎖錠棒と、該鎖錠棒と該鎖錠タブの係合
    を解放するための、該鎖錠タブに作動可能に結合された
    解放トリガとを具備する手術器具。
  2. 【請求項２】 取手本体と、近位端部と遠位端部を有
    し、該近位端部において該取手本体に連結された細長い
    シャフトと、該シャフトの該遠位端部において位置する
    少なくとも一つの可動部材を有する末端効果器と、該取
    手本体に可動に結合され、該少なくとも一つの可動部材
    を作動させるための、該末端効果器に作動可能に結合さ
    れた作動部材と、通り穴を有する、該作動部材における
    鎖錠タブと、第１端部と第２端部を有し、該第１端部に
    おいて該取手本体に固定された鎖錠棒であり、該鎖錠棒
    の少なくとも該第２端部は、該穴を通して該鎖錠タブと
    可動に係合された鎖錠棒と、該鎖錠棒と該鎖錠タブの係
    合を解放するための、該鎖錠タブに作動可能に結合され
    た解放トリガとを具備する手術器具。
