本発明は、腹腔鏡手術法の如く最小侵襲性手術法において使用される携帯型手術器具である。本発明は、取手本体と、シャフトの近位端部において取手本体に結合された細長いシャフトとを具備する携帯型手術器具である。一対の可動あごの如く末端効果器は、シャフトの遠位端部において位置する。末端効果器は、鉗子、はさみ、グラスパー又は同等物のような任意の形式の手術用末端効果器である。 本発明はまた、取手本体に可動に連結された作動取手部材を含み、末端効果器の移動を起こさせるために、末端効果器に作動可能に連結される。こうして、取手作動部材の動作により、可動あご要素の如く末端効果器が、開閉される。

Claims (2)
- 鎖錠肩部を有する取手本体と、
近位端部と遠位端部を有し、該近位端部において該取手本体に連結された細長いシャフトと、
該シャフトの該遠位端部において位置する少なくとも一つの可動部材を有する末端効果器と、
該取手本体に可動に結合され、該少なくとも一つの可動部材を作動させるために該末端効果器に作動可能に結合された作動部材と、
鎖錠位置と非鎖錠位置との間を移動可能であり、通り穴を有する、該取手本体における鎖錠タブと、
近位端部と遠位端部を有し、該近位端部において該作動部材に固定された鎖錠棒であり、該鎖錠棒の少なくとも該遠位端部は、該穴を通して該鎖錠タブと可動に係合された鎖錠棒と、
該取手本体内において直線的に滑動可能である解放トリガとを具備し、
該解放トリガが、ノッチを有し、上記鎖錠位置から上記非鎖錠位置に、該鎖錠棒と該鎖錠タブの係合を解放するために、該鎖錠タブに作動可能に結合されており、
該鎖錠タブが、上記非鎖錠位置に移動するように、該ノッチが、該本体の該鎖錠肩部に係合可能であり、
該作動部材が、自由な2方向移動をし、
鎖錠棒が、弓形の形状であり、
該解放トリガに対して該鎖錠タブを押圧するための該取手本体における押圧ばねを含み、
該シャフトと該末端効果器を回転させるために、該シャフトに連結された回転部材を含み、
該鎖錠タブが、Z形状であり、
該解放トリガが、該取手本体に解放可能に係合するための鎖錠区分を含み、
該鎖錠タブが、該鎖錠棒の移動を制限する鎖錠位置において偏向され、
該鎖錠タブが、該通り穴を有する頂部区分と、該押圧バネと該解放トリガに接触する底部区分とを有する、
ことを特徴とする手術器具。 - 取手本体と、
近位端部と遠位端部を有し、該近位端部において該取手本体に連結された細長いシャフトと、
該シャフトの該遠位端部において位置する少なくとも一つの可動部材を有する末端効果器と、
該取手本体に可動に結合され、該少なくとも一つの可動部材を作動させるための、該末端効果器に作動可能に結合された作動部材と、
鎖錠位置と非鎖錠位置との間を移動可能であり、通り穴を有する、該作動部材における鎖錠タブと、
第1端部と第2端部を有し、該第1端部において該取手本体に固定された鎖錠棒であり、該鎖錠棒の少なくとも該第2端部は、該穴を通して該鎖錠タブと可動に係合された鎖錠棒と、
上記鎖錠位置から上記非鎖錠位置に、該鎖錠棒と該鎖錠タブの係合を解放するために、該鎖錠タブに作動可能に結合された斜面を有する開放トリガとを具備し、
該鎖錠タブが、上記非鎖錠位置に移動するように、該鎖錠タブが、該傾斜面上を移動可能であり、
該作動部材が、自由な2方向移動をし、
鎖錠棒が、弓形の形状であり、
該解放トリガに対して該鎖錠タブを押圧するための該取手本体における押圧ばねを含み 、
該シャフトと該末端効果器を回転させるために、該シャフトに連結された回転部材を含み、
該鎖錠タブが、Z形状であり、
該解放トリガが、該取手本体に解放可能に係合するための鎖錠区分を含み、
該鎖錠タブが、該鎖錠棒の移動を制限する鎖錠位置において偏向され、
該鎖錠タブが、該通り穴を有する頂部区分と、該押圧バネと該解放トリガに接触する底部区分とを有する、
