Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.円周方向に作用する弾性手段(16、17)の作用に抗して、互いに円周 方向に移動できるよう取り付けられた2つの同軸状質量部材(12、14)、す なわち駆動シャフトに固定されるようになっている第1プラテン(23)を含む 第1質量部材(12)と、クラッチの反作用プレートを構成し前記クラッチ内に 設けられたクラッチ摩擦ホイールに対する摩擦表面を提供する環状第2プラテン (27)およびリベット(42)または類似の締結手段により前記第1質量部材 に対向した状態で第2プラテンに固定されたディスク(28)を含む第2質量部 材(14)とを備え、前記ディスク(28)が、前記弾性手段を作動するための ダンパープレートを構成し、前記第1質量部材(12)が、前記第2質量部材を 回転させるようベアリング(26)が設けられたハブ(24)が装備されており 、各リベット(42)または類似の締結手段のまわりで、第2プラテン(27) とダンパープレート(28)との間に軸方向スペース手段(50)が挟持されて いる、特に自動車用のトーションダンパーであって、 ダンパープレート(28)がプレス加工された板金から成り、円筒形スリーブ (44)により径方向内側に延び、前記円筒形スリーブ(44)と前記ハブ(2 4)との間に前記ベアリング(26)が嵌合されており、第1に、前記第1プラ テン(27)と前記ダンパープレート(28)との間で、環状通気スペース(4 8)の径方向の最も内側の部分が構成され、第2に、前記第2プラテン(27) と前記第1質量部材(12)との間で、その径方向の最も外側の部分が構成され ていることを特徴とするトーションダンパー。 2.前記第1質量部材(12)が、前記第1プラテン(27)の外周部に固定 され、径方向内側に延び、前記弾性手段(15)を収容する環状チャンバ(36 )を第1プラテンと共に構成するディスク(32)を備え、前記環状通気スペー ス(48)の前記径方向の最も外側の部分が、前記第1質量部材のディスク(3 2)と前記第2プラテン(27)との間に構成されていることを特徴とする、請 求項1記載のトーションダンパー。 3.前記第2プラテン(27)は、その内周部にスロット(49)を有するこ とを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のトーションダンパー。 4.環状通気スペース(48)を環状チャンバ(36)からアイソレートする リング(39)により、環状スペース(36)の径方向内側の側面がシールされ た状態で閉じられていることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のトーションダンパー 。 5.前記各スペース手段が対応するリベットを通過するように、前記ディスク 内に設けた孔のまわりに設けられた前記第2質量部材の前記ディスク(28)の ボス(50)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトーションダンパー 。 6.前記各スペース手段が、熱絶縁材料から成るリングを備えていることを特 徴とする、請求項1記載のトーションダンパー。 7.前記第1プラテン内の孔(54)内にネジ締結具(22)が係合され、こ の締結具は、前記ベアリングと前記第2プラテンの内周部との間で径方向に存在 するゾーン内において、前記第1プラテンと前記第2質量部材の前記ディスク( 28)との間に捕捉されるように保持され、前記ネジ締結具のヘッドに対するシ ートと対向するように、前記ディスク内に孔(58)が設けられていることを特 徴とする、請求項1記載のトーションダンパー。
