(57)【要約】 【課題】 既存の紙オムツを簡単に改良することによ
り、臭いを抑え、大腸菌や細菌にも強い紙おむつの使用
方法を開発することにある。 【解決手段】 紙おむつにおいて、エピガロカテキンガ
ラード入りの水溶液に浸し、その後、水分を乾燥させ、
エピガロカテキンガラードを付着させて使用することを
特徴とする紙おむつの使用方法。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、紙オムツの使用方
法に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、紙オムツは、使用後の処理が便利
なため、乳幼児はもちろん、介護を要する老人にも使用
されている。しかし、母乳や粉ミルク程度しか飲まない
乳幼児とは異なり、老人の***物は臭いがびどく、ま
た、痴呆が進行した場合、その介護者も大変であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこでこの発明は、既
存の紙オムツを簡単に改良することにより、臭いを抑
え、大腸菌や細菌にも強い紙おむつの使用方法を開発す
ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、消臭に対して格別の効果を有する，茶の成分に含ま
れるエピガロカテキンガラード（茶葉タンニン）に着目
し、このエピガロカテキンガラードを紙おむつに付着さ
せることにより、解決しようとするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、図面と共に本発明の一実施
例を詳述すると、紙おむつにおいて、エピガロカテキン
ガラード入りの水溶液に浸し、その後、水分を乾燥さ
せ、エピガロカテキンガラードを付着させて使用するこ
とを特徴とする紙おむつの使用方法からなる。

【実施例】次に、この発明の一実施例を説明すると、紙
おむつにおいて、１ｌの水に対して３グラムのエピガロ
カテキンガラード（茶葉タンニン）を入れてよく攪拌し
た水溶液に浸し、その後、水分を乾燥させて紙おむつに
エピガロカテキンガラードを付着させて使用するもので
ある。
【０００７】尚、紙おむつは、既存（市販）のものを利
用して使用してもよく、新たにエピガロカテキンガラー
ドを付着させた素材で紙おむつを製造したものであって
もよいものである。

【発明の効果】本発明によると、紙おむつに、エピガロ
カテキンガラードが付着しており、このカテキンが***
物の臭いを消す作用があるものであり、また、エピガロ
カテキンガラードは大腸菌や細菌等にも強く、介護者の
作業環境を少しでも改善できる等の効果を有するもので
ある。

  1. 【請求項１】 紙おむつにおいて、エピガロカテキンガ
    ラード入りの水溶液に浸し、その後、水分を乾燥させ、
    エピガロカテキンガラードを付着させて使用することを
    特徴とする紙おむつの使用方法。
