Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.亜鉛浴を出たところでの帯鋼の乾燥の操作の後で、製品の表面当たり18 0kW/m2以上の加熱電力密度で460℃ないし600℃の温度まで帯鋼を迅 速加熱することと、10秒ないし30秒の時間ほぼ一定温度に当該帯鋼を維持す ることと、次に製品の表面当たり100kW/m2以上の冷却電力密度で420 ℃以下の温度まで帯鋼を迅速冷却することとを特徴とする浸漬亜鉛めっきした帯 鋼の連続処理方法。 2.100kHzないし500kHzの周波数の誘導炉を用いて帯鋼の迅速加 熱を保証することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の処理方法。 3.誘導炉と、例えば帯鋼を囲繞する銅箔で構成された単巻き誘導子式誘導炉 の使用を組合わせて加熱を保証することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載の処 理方法。 4.場合によってはガスバーナーのような加熱手段を具備する囲障内で温度維 持を保証することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3項の何れか1項記載の処 理方法。 5.帯鋼を350℃以下の温度まで迅速冷却することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項〜第4項の何れか1項記載の処理方法。 6.製品表面当たり125kW/m2以上の冷却電力密度で帯鋼を迅速冷却す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜第5項の何れか1項記載の処理方法。 7.水/空気噴霧ノズルを用いて帯鋼の迅速冷却を保証することを特徴とする 請求の範囲第I項〜第6項の何れか 1項記載の処理方法。 8.亜鉛浴の入った槽、帯鋼の垂直上昇軌道を画定する遊びローラー、ならび に、帯鋼の前記垂直上昇軌道上の前記槽の出口の後に配置された亜鉛乾燥手段を 具備する亜鉛めっきした帯鋼の連続処理装置において、当該装置が周波数が10 0kHzないし500kHzの範囲である誘導炉で構成された帯鋼の迅速加熱手 段、ほぼ一定温度に帯鋼を維持する手段ならびに、水/空気噴霧ノズルで構成さ れた迅速冷却手段を継続的に具備して、すべての手段が帯鋼の垂直上昇軌道に沿 って配置されていることを特徴とする連続処理装置。
