Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.接点構造を有する再充電可能な電池セルであって: 正端子と負端子とを有する、実質的にプリズム形状の再充電可能なセル; 前記正および負端子は各々平坦であり、各々実質的に前記セルの一端を覆う前 記再充電可能なセル;および 前記端子の少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記端子の一部の電気的接触を禁止す る遮蔽手段; から成ることを特徴とする再充電可能な電池セル。 2.前記再充電可能な電池セルは平行パイプ形状のセルであることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の再充電可能な電池セルの接点構造。 3.前記再充電可能な電池セルは、ニッケル金属水素化物,ニッケル・カドミウ ム,リチウム・イオン,亜鉛空気,および鉛酸から成る群から選択されることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の再充電可能な電池セルの接点構造。 4.セル接点構造を含む再充電可能な電池を有する電池パックであって: 正端子と負端子とを有する、実質的にプリズム形状の複数の再充電可能なセル ; 前記正および負端子は各々平坦であり、各々前記セルの一端を覆う前記可充電 セル; 1つのセルの前記正端子を、それに隣接する他のセルの前記負端子に結合する 結合手段;および 前記端子の少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記端子の一部の 電気的接触を禁止する遮蔽手段; から成ることを特徴とする電池パック。 5.前記結合手段は、隣接するセル間に結合された金属製ストラップから成るこ とを特徴とする請求項4記載の電池パック。 6.前記セルの端子の少なくとも一方に設けられる前記遮蔽手段は、前記セル端 子のほぼ中央に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電池パック。 7.前記再充電可能なセルは平行パイプ形状のセルであることを特徴とする請求 項4記載の電池パック。 8.前記再充電可能なセルは、ニッケル金属水素化物,ニッケル・カドミウム, リチウム・イオン,亜鉛空気,および鉛酸から成る群から選択されることを特徴 とする請求項4記載の電池パック。 9.前記構造は前記複数のセル周囲に収縮包装を更に含むことを特徴とする請求 項4記載の電池パック。 10.消費者が挿入可能な電池パック構造体であって: 正端子と負端子とを有する、実質的にプリズム形状の複数の再充電可能なセル ; 1つのセルの前記正端子を、それに隣接する他のセルの前記負端子に結合する 結合手段; 前記セルの充電を防止する絶縁手段であって、前記セルの端子の少なくとも一 方に設けられ、前記端子の位置をずらすようにした前記絶縁手段;および 前記セルのずれた端子と嵌合するように配列され構成された、充電用接点を有 する筐体; から成ることを特徴とする電池パック構造体。 11.前記結合手段は、隣接するセル間に結合された金属製ストラップから成る ことを特徴とする請求項10記載の電池パック構造体。
