に、流路３０の前方に挿入管部３７を突出形成し、他方
のコネクタハウジング２７の内部に、挿入管部３７に嵌
合するシール部３９を備える流路２９を貫通して形成し
た。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、自動車のワイヤハーネス接続用のコネクタにウィンドウォッシャ等 の流路を一体的に形成した流路一体コネクタに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図３は、図示しない自動車のバックドアとボディパネルとの間に組み付けられ る防水グロメット４６にワイヤハーネス４７とウィンドウォッシャホース４８を 挿通し、該ワイヤハーネス４７をコネクタ４９に接続すると共に、該ウォッシャ ホース４８をジョイントパイプ５０を介して延長してなる状態を示すものである 。
【０００３】 該グロメット４６は、合成ゴムを材料として、筒部５１の両端に固定用フラン ジ部５２，５３を連成したものである。図４は、図３のＤ−Ｄ断面図であり、ウ ォッシャホース４８をグロメット４６の空孔５４に挿通させることにより、ウォ ッシャホース４８のための防水手段が不要となるのである。
【０００４】 また、前記コネクタ（雄コネクタ）４９には、雌コネクタ５５を接続して、ワ イヤハーネス４７，４７′を導通させる。それと同時に、ウォッシャホース４８ ，４８′とジョイントパイプ５０の接続を行うのである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の構造にあっては、ウォッシャホース４８をワイヤハ ーネス４７と一緒にグロメット４６に挿通するのに大変手間がかかると同時に、 雄、雌コネクタ４９，５５の嵌合と、ウォッシャホース４８，４８′とジョイン トパイプ５０の接続という二つの作業を行わなければならないために、作業性が 極めて悪いものであった。
【０００６】 本考案は、上記した点に鑑み、ウォッシャホースをグロメット等に挿通する手 間がかからず、また、コネクタの接続に伴うウォッシャホースとジョイントパイ プとの接続作業性を向上させ得るコネクタを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本考案は、一方のコネクタハウジングの内部に流 路をコネクタ嵌合方向に貫通して形成すると共に、該流路の前方に挿入管部を突 出形成し、他方のコネクタハウジングの内部に、該挿入管部に嵌合するシール部 を備える流路を貫通して形成した流路一体コネクタを採用する。
【０００８】 以下に作用を説明する。 両コネクタハウジングの嵌合と同時に各コネクタハウジングの流路が連結され 、流体が供給可能となる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下に本考案の実施の形態の具体例を図面を用いて説明する。 図１は、本考案に係る流路一体コネクタの一実施例を示す分解斜視図、図２は 、図１のＣ−Ｃ相当断面図（組付状態）である。
【００１０】 すなわち、雄コネクタ２５と雌コネクタ２６の合成樹脂製のコネクタハウジン グ２７，２８の内部には、それぞれ長手方向に貫通する円孔状の流路２９，３０ を一体的に形成してある。各コネクタハウジング２７，２８の後端壁３１，３２ には、該流路２９，３０に続く爪付き円環状のホース嵌合部３３，３４を一体的 に突設してあり、雌コネクタハウジング２８の嵌合内壁（前壁）３５には、先端 テーパ面３６を有する円環状の挿入管部３７、雄コネクタハウジング２７の流路 前方内壁３８には、該挿入部３７に対するパッキン（シール部）３９を嵌着する 環状溝４０をそれぞれ設けてある。
【００１１】 そして、各ホース嵌合部３３，３４に予め製造段階でウォッシャホース４１を 接続しておき、雄、雌コネクタ２５，２６を嵌合することにより、前記挿入管部 ３７が流路前方内壁３８に沿って挿着され、パッキン３９でシールされる。
【００１２】 図で、４２は、雄端子、４３は、雌端子、４４は、図示しないワイヤハーネス を構成する電線を示す。 なお、上記実施例においては、ウィンドウォッシャ液を通すための流路２９， ３０として説明したが、本構造は、圧縮エアー等に対しても適用できるものであ る。

【考案の効果】
以上の如くに、本考案によれば、両コネクタハウジングの嵌合と同時に各コネ クタハウジング内の流路が連結されるから、配管接続の手間が省け、且つ配管が 外部に露出せず、構造がスマート化する。

    流路を貫通して形成したことを特徴とする流路一体コネ
    クタ。
