Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 1.患者の対話形の内部及び外部像を外科医に対して表示する実時間外科装置に 於て、(a)患者の内部構造の3次元(3D)作像データを求める医療用作像装 置と、(b)患者に対する位置(x、y、z)及び向きの角度(α、φ、θ)か ら患者の露出面の実時間像を作る作像装置と、(c)前記3D作像データを受取 って、前記位置(x、y、z)及び向き(α、φ、θ)から見た患者の内部構造 の像を作るワークステーションと、(d)前記露出面及び内部構造の像の所望の 混合であるビデオ信号を作るミクサ手段と、(e)該ビデオ信号からの像を外科 医に対して表示して外科手術を助ける表示手段とを有する実時間外科装置。
- 2.前記患者に対する作像装置の位置(x、y、z)及び向き(α、φ、θ)を 測定して、こう云う測定値をワークステーションに反復的に供給する追跡装置を 有する請求項1記載の実時間外科装置。
- 3.前記ワークステーションが、前記患者の内部構造のモデルを作り、内部構造 に変更を加える様に前記モデルを対話形で操作し、前記モデル及び変更を記憶す ると共に、適正な向き及びスケールで前記モデル及び変更を表示して、表示され る他の像と一致する様にした外科計画手段を更に有する請求項1記載の実時間外 科装置。
- 4.前記ワークステーションが、内部構造の正常な解剖学的なモデルを作ると共 に、表示される他の像と一致する様な正しい向き及びスケールで前記モデルを表 示する標準解剖学組織ワークステーションを持ち、こうして該ワークステーショ ンが再生外科に於ける案内として作用し得る様にした請求項1記載の実時間外科 装置。
- 5.患者の対話形の3次元(3D)の内部及び外部像を外科医に対して表示する 実時間外科装置に於て、(a)前記患者の内部構造の3次元(3D)作像データ を求める医療用作像装置と、(b)夫々前記患者に対して右側及び左側の位置( x1、y1、z1)、(x2、y2、z2)から右側及び左側の向きの角度(α 1、φ1、θ1)、(α2、φ2、θ2)で見た前記患者の露出面の立体視の右 側及び左側の実時間像を作る作像装置と、(c)前記患者に対する該作像装置の 位置(x1、y1、z1)、(x2、y2、z2)及び向きの角度(α1、φ1 、θ1)、(α2、φ2、θ2)を測定する追跡手段と、(d)該追跡手段から 右側の位置(x1、y1、z1)及び向きの角度(α1、φ1、θ1)を受取り 、医療用作像装置からの3D作像データを受取って、位置(x1、y1、z1) 及び向きの角度(α1、φ1、θ1)で見た患者の内部構造の右側の計算機によ って作成された像を作る第1のワークステーションと、(e)前記追跡手段から 左側の位置(x2、y2、z2)及び向きの角度(α2、φ2、θ2)を受取り 、前記医療用作像装置からの3D作像データを受取って、位置(x2、y2、z 2)から向きの角度(α2、φ2、θ2)で見た患者の内部構造の左側の計算機 によって作成された像を作る第2のワークステーションと、(f)複数個の像の 各々が、前記露出面の右側及び左側の実時間ビデオ像並びに内部構造の右側及び 左側の計算機によって作成された像の所望の混合である様な、複数個の右側から 見た像及び複数個の左側から見た像を作るミクサ手段と、(g)右側から見た像 を外科医の右目に供給すると共に、左側から見た像を外科医の左目に供給して、 前記患者の内部及び外部構造の3D像を模擬する立体視表示手段とを有する実時 間外科装置。
- 6.(a)患者の内部構造から3D医療用作像データを収集し、(b)患者に対 する位置(x、y、z)から向きの角度(α、φ、θ)で見た露出面の実時間像 を収集し、(c)位置(x、y、z)から向きの角度(α、φ、θ)で見た3D 医療用作像チータから内部構造の計算機によって作成された像を作り、(d)露 出面の実時間ビデオ像の一部分と計算機で作成された像の一部分を混合して混合 ビデオ信号を作り、(e)該混合ビデオ信号を表示して、露出した構造及び内部 構造の両方を有する対話形の像を発生して、外科手術でオペレータを助ける工程 を含む外科手術を容易にする方法。
- 7.実時間像が作像装置によって収集され、更に、作像装置の位置(x、y、z )及び向き(α、φ、θ)を追跡する工程を含む請求項6記載の外科手術を容易 にする方法。
- 8.再生外科の案内として使う為に、位置(x、y、z)から向きの角度(α、 φ、θ)で見た正常な内部構造の計算機によって作成された案内像を作り、案内 像の一部分を前記工程(d)で作られた像と混合する工程を含む請求項6記載の 方法。
- 9.外科手術で外科医を助ける方法に於て、(a)患者の内部構造の3次元(3 D)作像データを求め、(b)夫々患者に対する左側及び右側の位置(xl、y 1、z1)、(x2、y2、z2)から左側及び右側の向きの角度(α1、φ1 、θ1)、(α2、φ2、θ2)で見た患者の露出面の立体視の左側及び右側の 実時間像を作り、(c)夫々前記位置(x1、y1、z1)、(x2、y2、z 2)及び向きの角度(α1、φ1、θ1)、(α2、φ2、θ2)を測定し、( d)夫々前記位置(x1、y1、z1)、(x2、y2、z2)から向きの角度 (α1、φ1、θ1)、(α2、φ2、θ2)で見た患者の3D作像データから 内部構造の左側の計算機で作成された像及び右側の計算機で作成された像を作り 、(e)露出面の実時間ビデオ像、並びに位置(x1、y1、z1)から向きの 角度(α1、φ1、θ1)で見た内部構造の計算機で作成された像の所望の部分 を混合して左側から見たビデオ信号を作ると共に、露出面の実時間ビデオ像、及 び位置(x2、y2、z2)から向きの角度(α2、φ2、θ2)で見た内部構 造の計算機で作成された像の所望の部分を混合して右側から見たビデオ信号を作 り、(f)左側から見たビデオ信号の像を外科医の左目に、そして右側から見た ビデオ信号の像を外科医の右目に交互に供給して、患者の内部及び外部構造の3 D像を模擬して、外科手術で外科医を助ける工程を含む方法。
- 10.左側及び右側の計算機で作成された像のスケール、位置及び向きを僅かに 調節して、露出面の左側及び右側の実時間像と対応する様にする工程を含む請求 項9記載の方法。
- 11.そこに到達しようとする下側にある内部構造の位置に対応する患者の外面 に印を付ける工程を含む請求項6記載の方法。
- 12.その下にある所望の内部構造に達する様に、印を付けた露出面に切り込む 工程を含む請求項11記載の方法。
