Abstract
Description

またはイベント駆動する、即ち画像ストリームまたは授業のスクリプト内の特定のイベントに従って前記ストリームをインタリーブし、同期化しまたは遅延させる

Claims (24)
- 手術用器具(5)を入れることを可能にするボディフォーム(3)からなるボディフォーム装置(2)と、
照明器(11)と、
前記ボディフォーム装置内での前記手術用器具の動きの実画像を取り込むためのカメラ(10)と、
取り込んだ画像を表示するための出力モニタと、
器具位置データを生成しかつ該データを関連するビデオ画像と連結するためのモーション分析エンジン(35)と、前記位置データに従って生徒の出力メトリクスを生成するための処理ファンクション(50、51)とを有するプロセッサとを備える手術トレーニングシミュレータ。 - 前記ボディフォーム(2)内のシーンの透視投影を取り込むために取り付けられた複数のカメラを備える請求項1に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- カメラが調整ハンドル(20)を有する請求項1または2に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記ボディフォーム装置が、皮膚を模した材料からなりかつそれを貫通して器具を挿入することができるパネル(4)を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記モーション分析エンジン(25)が立体三角測量技術を用いて位置データを決定する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記モーション分析エンジン(35)が、器具の配向軸(30)及びその線上の直線位置を決定する請求項5に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記モーション分析エンジン(35)が器具のマーク(33)をモニタして、前記配向軸(30)に関する回転の程度を決定する請求項6に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記モーション分析エンジン(35)が最初に前記ボディフォーム装置内の上部空間を表す画像の部分を探索し、かつ前記画像の上部部分にピクセルパターン変更がある場合にのみテンプレートマッチング処理を続行する請求項5または7に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記モーション分析エンジン(35)が線形パターンの画素を操作して、立体三角測量を実行する前にカメラレンズの歪みを補正する請求項5乃至8のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記位置データを受け取りかつそれを用いて、前記ボディフォーム装置内のそれと共通の座標参照空間内にバーチャルリアルティシミュレーションを生成するためのグラフィックスエンジン(60)を更に備える請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記グラフィックスエンジン(60)が、空間、形状、照明効果及び質感の独立した属性を有する物体として各器官をレンダーする請求項10に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- デフォルトでの前記グラフィックスエンジン(60)のシーンマネージャーが、1つの実際の前記カメラのカメラアングルからの静的位置におけるすべてのシミュレートされた器官の静的シーンをレンダーする請求項11に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記グラフィックスエンジン(60)が器具モデルをレンダーし、かつ前記位置データに従って器具の動作をシミュレートする請求項10乃至12のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記グラフィックスエンジンが、シミュレートされた前記器官の空間に前記器具が入ったことを前記器具位置データが示す場合に、器官表面のゆがみをシミュレートする請求項13に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記グラフィックスエンジンが、シミュレートしたカメラアングルをユーザの動きに従って変更するビューマネージャーを有することを特徴とする請求項10乃至14のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記プロセッサーが、オーバレイパラメータ値に従って実画像及び記録画像を合成するための合成ファンクション(70)を有する請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記合成ファンクション(70)が、シミュレートされた画像と実ビデオ画像と合成して、実要素及びシミュレートした要素のコンポジットビデオストリームを提供する請求項16に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記グラフィックスエンジンが出血のような内部手術事象を表すシミュレート画像を生成し、かつ合成ファンクション(70)が実画像に前記シミュレート画像を合成する請求項17に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記プロセッサーが、メトリックス及び合成画像を同時表示するために合成処理をメトリックスの生成と同期させる請求項16乃至18のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記プロセッサーが位置データを同時に前記グラフィックスエンジン(60)と処理ファンクション(50,51)とに送り、かつ関連する実ビデオ画像を前記合成ファンクション(70)に送る請求項19に記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記グラフィックスエンジン(60)が低帯域幅の位置データからグラフィック表現を生成し、前記モーション分析エンジン(35)が前記低帯域幅の位置データを生成し、かつ前記低帯域幅の位置データを遠隔の第2シミュレータに送信するため及び前記第2シミュレータから低帯域幅位置データを受け取るためのインタフェースを更に備える請求項10乃至20のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記グラフィックスエンジンが、前記ボディフォーム装置内に挿入された内視鏡モデルの位置及び配向により視野角が駆動されるシミュレートされた器官のビューをレンダーする請求項10乃至21のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 前記モーション分析エンジンが、前記ボディーフォーム装置(2)内の実際の物体の動きを、該物体の器具により操作されたときにモニタする請求項1乃至22のいずれかに記載の手術トレーニングシミュレータ。
- 添付図面に関連して実質的に本明細書に記載されるシミュレータ。
