<Prior art> Conventionally, in printing and plate-making factories, printing rolls are placed upright on the side of the aisle or in the roll storage room, and the same is true in the roll storage warehouse of a roll manufacturing factory.
If the roll falls, it is dangerous and may cause deformation or damage to the printing roll. Placing the printing roll on its side takes up a lot of space and requires a pallet to prevent scratches.

On the other hand, roll storage warehouses where printing rolls are stored vertically have low space utilization efficiency, so rolls R are stacked and stored horizontally using pallets P, as shown in Figure 10. It is proposed that the automated warehouse system S is equipped with a stored items collection and delivery device Q that moves the stored items vertically and horizontally throughout the warehouse and collects and delivers the stored items to the shelves. If they are stacked and stored, the installation width w1 of the storage item collection and distribution device Q will have to be made larger (approximately equal) to the shelf width w2, resulting in low space utilization efficiency. Further, printing rolls come in various sizes, large and small, and cannot be loaded together on the pallet P, which is inconvenient.

First, in a roll manufacturing factory, as shown in FIG. 3, the rack main body halves 1A, 1B are opened 180 degrees, and the roll supporting arms 2A, 2B, 2C, ...,
After fitting the engaging portions 22 of 2J, the intervals between the roll supporting arms 2A, 2B, 2C, ..., 2J are set as follows.
Ensure that the diameter is larger than the diameter of the roll R. Then, the roll R is lifted by a lifting device (not shown) and lowered to a position between the arms. Then, the roll R rides on the roll protection member 15 and when it tries to roll, the roll surface touches the roll protection member 23 or 24.
It hits and fits stably without any damage.
After the four rolls R are placed on each of the rack body halves 1A and 1B, a wire rope Y is hung on the hanging tool 17 and lifted by a lifting device (not shown).
Then, the rack main body halves 1A and 1B are moved by the rollers 18.
As it rolls on the floor, it closes smoothly. At this time, the rack main body halves 1A and 1B close forcefully as soon as the center of gravity on each side moves from the outside to the inside of the roller 18, so in order to prevent this, the rack body halves 1A and 1B are pulled from the outside with a wire rope. so that it gradually closes. Then, the roll support arm 2 is inclined as high as it gets away from the support/guide member 11b so that the roll R does not roll down even if the rack body is slightly tilted due to conveyance, etc. There is no risk of falling,
As shown in FIG. 1, the robot is in a standing state, and the roll support arms 2A, 2B, 2C, . . . , 2J and the rolls R, R, R, . That is, the rolls R, R, R, . . . are supported in a stacked state with arms interposed therebetween. In this state, the roll storage warehouse of the roll manufacturing factory (including the automated warehouse system)
Temporary storage and shipping/transport to printing factories. At the printing factory, a wire rope Y is hung on the hanging tool 17, and lifting is ensured by a lifting device (not shown). By preparing a stand that can be opened without opening, and slowly lowering the wire rope Y with the common connecting member 14 placed on it, the rack body halves 1A and 1B open as shown in FIG. In this case, the person should

If the opening platform is not used, multiple people can open the rack body halves 1A, 1B at a predetermined angle until the center of gravity of each rack body half 1A, 1B moves from the inside of the roller 18 to the outside. Once the rack 18 moves from the inside to the outside, if the lifting device is gradually lowered, the rollers 18 will roll on the floor, and the rack body halves 1A and 1B will move smoothly, as shown in Figure 3. It becomes open.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A rack main body in which a pair of rack main body halves are pivotally connected so that each half falls outward from an open planar state to a standing state when each half is raised up. , When this rack body is in a standing state, it engages with each half of the rack body so as to project inward from each other, and is guided so that it can be raised and lowered, and is alternately stacked with rolls, so that the rolls can be stacked. The rack body includes a plurality of roll supporting arms capable of supporting the rack body, and the rack body has a support and guide member erected at one end of the leg member to form an L-shaped frame.
Two shaped frames are arranged at a required interval and connected by a connecting member to constitute a rack main body half, and the leg members of each half are arranged so as to face each other, and the upper ends of the leg members are pivotally connected to each other. A roll protection member is attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the support and guide member, and each upper roll support arm is an engagement member that fits into the support and guide member and can be raised and lowered. A roll protection member is attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the arm body. A roll rack device characterized by having an inclined surface that becomes higher as the distance from a support/guide member increases to prevent the roll from rolling down even if the roll is tilted.
