Abstract

PURPOSE:To stack rolls having different diameters by pivoting a pair of half portions of a rack body in such a manner as to be freely folded, and providing a plurality of roller support arms in such a manner as to project inside from each half portion of the rack body when the rack body is erected. CONSTITUTION:A rack device comprises a rack body having a pair of half portions 1A, 1B pivoted to change from the flat state where each half portion is brought down outward and opened to the state where each half portion is righted by erected each half portion, and a plurality of roll support arms 2A-2J which are respectively engaged with each half portion to project inward from each half portion of the rack body and guided in such a manner as to elevate, and are stacked alternately with the rolls to support the rolls in a stack. The roll rack device is simple in structure, handled easily, easily formed by a low- priced material. Furthermore, rolls having different diameters can be stacked in the rack device, and even if the rack device inclines a little, there is no possibility that the rolls fall down.

<Prior art> Conventionally, in printing and plate-making factories, printing rolls are kept upright on the side of the road or in roll storage rooms, and the same is true in roll storage warehouses at roll manufacturing plants, which can be dangerous and dangerous if the rolls fall over. , deformation or scratches may occur on the printing roll. If you lay the printing roll horizontally, it will take up a lot of space, and
A pallet is required to prevent scratches.

On the other hand, roll storage warehouses where printing rolls are stored vertically have low space utilization efficiency, so rolls R are stacked and stored horizontally using pallets P, as shown in Figure 1O. It is proposed that an automatic warehouse system S is equipped with a stored items collection and delivery device Q that moves the stored items vertically and horizontally throughout the warehouse and collects and delivers the stored items to the shelves. If the rolls are stacked and stored, the installation width W1 of the storage item collection and distribution device Q will have to be large (almost equal) to the shelf width W2, resulting in low space utilization efficiency. Further, printing rolls come in various sizes, large diameter and small diameter, and cannot be loaded together on the pallet P, which is inconvenient.

<Structure of the Invention> The roll rack device of the present invention pivots a pair of rack body halves, and each half is tilted outward from an open planar state to stand upright. When this rack body is in a standing state, it is engaged with each half of the rack body so as to project inward from each half of the rack body, and is guided so that it can be raised and lowered, and is stacked alternately with the rolls. The rack body is composed of a plurality of roll supporting arms that can support rolls in a stacked manner by overlapping each other. Two frames are arranged at a required interval and connected by a connecting member to form a rack main half, and the leg members of each half are arranged so as to face each other, and the upper ends of the support and guide members are pivotally connected to each other. A roll protection member is attached to the inner surface of the support and guide member from above and below, and each roll support arm is an engagement member that fits into the support and guide member and can be raised and lowered. part at one end of the arm body, and a roll protection member is attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the arm body, and the upper surface of the roll protection member attached to the upper surface of the arm body is slightly damaged when the rack body is transported. It is characterized by an inclined surface that becomes higher as it moves away from the support and guide member to prevent the roll from rolling off even if it is tilted.

First, at the roll manufacturing factory, as shown in Figure 3,
After opening the rack main body halves IA and IB by 1800 degrees, and fitting the engaging portions 22 of the roll support arms 2A, 2B, 2C, ..., 2J from the upper end of the support and guide member 11b. , each roll support arm 2A, 2B, 2G,
. . , a distance of 2J is ensured to be larger than the diameter of the roll R.Then, the roll R is lifted up by a lifting device (not shown) and lowered to a position between each arm. Then, the roll R is When it gets on the protection member 15 and tries to roll, the roll surface hits the roll protection member 23 or 24, and it stays stable without being damaged.Four rolls R are placed on each of the rack body halves IA and IB. Once placed, the wire rope Y is hung on the hanging tool 17 and lifted up using a lifting device (not shown). Then, the rack body half IA,

At this time, the rack body halves IA and IB close forcefully as soon as the center of gravity on each side moves from the outside to the inside of the rollers 18, so to prevent this, a wire rope is used to pull them from the outside. so that it gradually closes. Then, the roll support arm 2 is inclined higher as it moves away from the support/guide member 11b, so that the roll R does not roll off even if the rack body is slightly tilted due to transportation, etc. There is no risk of falling, and the roll support arm 2A is in a standing position as shown in Figure 1.

They are supported in a stacked state with an arm interposed between them. In this state, at the printing factory where roll storage warehouses (including automated warehouse systems) of the roll manufacturing factory are used for temporary storage and shipment/transport to the printing factory, a wire rope Y is hung on the hanging tool 17 (not shown). Lifting is ensured by a lifting device, and a swinging platform (not shown) whose height is approximately equal to the length of the leg member 11a and whose width is smaller than the width of the common connecting member 14 is prepared, and the common connecting member 14 is placed on it. As the wire rope Y is slowly lowered, half of the rack body IA

[Scope of Claims] A rack body in which a pair of rack body halves are pivotally connected so that each half falls outward from an open planar state to a standing state by raising each half; When this rack body is in a standing state, it engages with each half of the rack body so as to protrude inward from each other, and is guided so that it can be raised and lowered, and the rolls are stacked by being stacked alternately with the rolls. The rack body is composed of a plurality of roll supporting arms that can be supported, and the rack body has a support and guide member erected at one end of the leg member to form an L-shaped frame, and two L-shaped frames are arranged at a required interval. The half parts of the rack main body are constructed by arranging them with openings and connecting them with a connecting member, and the leg members of each half are arranged so as to face each other, and the upper ends of the support and guide members are pivotally connected to each other, and the inner side of the support and guide member is formed. A roll protection member is attached to the upper and lower sides of the arm, and each roll support arm has an engaging part at one end of the arm body that fits into the support and guide member and can move up and down. However, roll protection members are attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the arm body, and the upper surface of the roll protection member attached to the upper surface of the arm body prevents the rolls from rolling off even if the rack body is slightly tilted during transportation. A roll plating device characterized by having an inclined surface that becomes higher as the distance from the support and guide member increases.
