Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ メタルパツケージの金属からなる周壁に設け
    た透孔に、入出力線路用のメタライズ回路を備え
    たセラミツク端子を、その端子周囲に備えたメタ
    ライズ層を介して、ろう材を用いて気密に封着し
    てなる電子部品用メタルパツケージにおいて、前
    記透孔内周面の少なくとも一部の厚さを、透孔周
    囲の周壁の厚さより薄く形成したことを特徴とす
    る電子部品用メタルパツケージ。 ２ 透孔周縁を周壁外側から透孔内方に向けて斜
    め内側にカツトした形状に形成することにより、
    透孔内周面の少なくとも一部の厚さを、透孔周囲
    の周壁の厚さより薄く形成した請求項１記載の電
    子部品用メタルパツケージ。 ３ 透孔周縁を周壁外側とその内側から透孔内方
    に向けて斜め内側にカツトした形状に形成するこ
    とにより、透孔内周面の少なくとも一部の厚さを
    、透孔周囲の周壁の厚さより薄く形成した請求項
    １記載の電子部品用メタルパツケージ。 ４ 透孔周縁を周壁外側から透孔内側に階段状に
    カツトした形状に形成することにより、透孔内周
    面の少なくとも一部の厚さを、透孔周囲の周壁の
    厚さより薄く形成した請求項１記載の電子部品用
    メタルパツケージ。 ５ 透孔周縁を周壁外側とその内側から透孔内側
    に階段状にカツトした形状に形成することにより
