Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野１ この発明は、配線用遮断器の基本機能である過負荷・短
絡保護機能に加えて漏電警報機能を備えた漏電警報機能
付き配線用遮断器に関するものである。
［従来の技術］ 従来のこの種の漏電警報機能付き配線用遮断器として第
２図、第３図に示す特願平１−５８５３０号が提案され
ている。第２図は外観斜視図、第３図はその回路図であ
る０図において、（１）は配線用遮断器で、図示省略し
ているが過負荷・短絡保護機能を備えている。（２）は
ベース（２ａ）とカバー（２ｂ）とからなる遮断器ケー
スで、電源側端子（３）と負荷側端子（４）とを有して
いる。（５）は両端子間に配置した零相変流器、（６）
は感度切換装置、（７）は増幅部、（８）は漏電リレー
（パワーリレー）、（９）は手動操作ハンドル、（１０
）は漏電表示部材で、漏電リレー（８）が動作したとき
に例えば電気式表示部材（ランプ）では点灯し機械式表
示部材（ボタン）ではカバー（２ｂ）表面に突出するよ
うになっている。（１１）はリセットボタンで、漏電表
示部材（１０）のリセット用に設けられている。（１２
）はテストボタンで、模擬的に漏電動作の確認をすると
きに使用する。（１３）は遮断器ケース（２）から外部
に導出した漏電警報リード線である。
配電路に漏電が発生すると、零相変流器（５）が漏電電
流を検出し、この検出信号は増幅部（７）により増幅さ
れ、漏電リレー（８）を駆動させて警報を出す、同時に
漏電表示部材（１０）が動作する。前記警報は回路内部
で電気的にラッチされているので、リセットボタン（１
１）を押すか、主回路の電源が無くなるまで保持される
。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上記のような従来の漏電警報機能付き配線用遮断器では
、漏電警報を出すのみであるから、漏電時に回路を遮断
したいとき、警報によって配線用遮断器（１）の手動操
作ハンドル（９）を手動操作しないと遮断できず、漏電
遮断に手間が掛かるのみならず遮断が遅れるという問題
点があった。
この発明はかかる問題点を解消するためになされたもの
で、漏電遮断が自動的に行えると共に警報遮断切換スイ
ッチの操作によって一台で漏電警報機種と漏電遮断機種
との両方に対応できる漏電警報機能付き配線用遮断器を
得ることを目的とする。
〔課題を解決するための手段Ｊ 上記目的を達成するために、この発明に係る漏電警報機
能付き配線用遮断器は、零相変流器からの漏電信号によ
り駆動する釈放リレーを設けてこの釈放リレーにより地
絡電路を遮断すると共に、警報遮断切換スイッチを設け
てこのスイッチにより漏電警報のみの動作と漏電遮断動
作との切換えができるようにしたものである。
〔作用〕
この発明においては、漏電警報のみを発する機種と、漏
電遮断する機種とに警報遮断切換スイッチを操作するこ
とにより対応できる。
［実施例］ この発明の一実施例を第１図について説明する。第１図
は回路図であり、前記従来のものと同一または相当部分
には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。図において、（
１４）は漏電リレー（８）と並列接続される釈放リレー
で、零相変流器（５）からの漏電信号により駆動する。
（１５）は警報遮断切換スイッチ（図示せず）を接続す
るための端子で、警報器（図示せず）を接続するための
端子（１６）らとまとめて遮断器ケース（２）の側面に
設けられている。
今、警報遮断機切換スイッチを開状態にしておくと、釈
放リレー（１４）が作用しないので従来のものと同じ零
相変流器（５）の漏電電流検出によって漏電リレー（８
）が駆動されて警報が出るまた警報遮断切換スイッチを
閉状態にしておくと、零相変流器（５）からの漏電信号
により釈放リレー（１４）が駆動されて地絡電路が遮断
される。
このように警報遮断切換スイッチを操作することにより
、漏電警報のみを発する機種と、漏電遮断する機種とに
対応できるので、機種の選択が客先において容易に行え
る。
〔発明の効果〕
以上のように、この発明によれば漏電遮断が自動的に行
えると共に警報遮断切換スイッチの操作によって一台で
漏電警報機種と漏電遮断機種との両方に対応できるとい
う効果が得られる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの発明の一実施例を示す回路図、第２図は従
来のものを示す外観斜視図、第３図はその回路図である
。 図において、（１）は配線用遮断器、（２）は遮断器ケ
ース、（５）は零相変流器、（８）は漏電リレー　（１
４）は釈放リレー　（１５）は警報遮断切換スイッチ接
続用端子、（１６）は警報器接続用端子を示す。 なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）配線用遮断器の遮断器ケースに零相変流器および
    漏電リレーを内蔵し、前記配線用遮断器の基本機能であ
    る過負荷・短絡保護機能に加えて漏電警報機能を備えた
    漏電警報機能付き配線用遮断器において、 前記零相変流器からの漏電信号により駆動する釈放リレ
    ーを設けてこの釈放リレーにより地絡電路を遮断すると
    共に、警報遮断切換スイッチを設けてこのスイッチによ
    り漏電警報のみの動作と漏電遮断動作との切換えができ
    るようにしたことを特徴とする漏電警報機能付き配線用
    遮断器。
