との相関図である。 １……移動体、２……振動体、３……圧電振動
子、３ａ……電極パターン、４……リード線、５
……接合剤、６……地板、７……中心軸。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中心軸を有し、該中心軸に固定支持された弾性
    部材からなる振動体部と、該振動体部の片面に接
    合された圧電振動子と、該振動体部に加圧接触す
    るように配置された移動体と、該移動体を加圧す
    るための加圧手段とからなり、該振動体部を一次
    の振動モードで励振し、移動体を駆動する進行性
    波動モーターにおいて、該圧電振動子に電気的な
    入力信号を伝達する際、該圧電振動子の表面に配
    置された電極パターンの最も中心軸寄りにリード
    線を接合することを特徴とする進行性波動モータ
    ーのリード線接合位置。
