Claims (1)
- 分極処理された圧電素子に複数の電極を形成し
、この電極に駆動信号を付加することにより、前
記圧電素子に接着された振動体に進行波を発生さ
せる波動モータにおいて、振動体を支持する為の
中心穴に圧電素子の内径よりも小さいつば部を有
するブツシユを設け、該ブツシユを固定した振動
体に圧電素子を固着し、前記振動体を支持板に設
けられたピンに打ち込み固定する事を特徴とする
波動モータ。
