Claims (1)
- 振動体と、加圧ばねで圧接され該振動体により
駆動されるロータと、前記振動体を固定支持し、
また前記ロータを回転可能に支持した中心軸、お
よび該中心軸を固定支持した固定板からなる超音
波モータにおいて、前記振動体の出力取出部の端
面に樹脂製の摺動材を形成することによつて、ロ
ータを駆動することを特徴とする超音波モータの
振動体の構造。
