部より張出端側へ所要離れた中途に短尺ねじ部が形成さ
れている操作軸と、 前記ヘッドブロックと前記基端側の第一の軸受部材との
間に収容されて一端を前記ヘッドブロックの中心に軸支
され内側に前記操作軸を通しており外面に前記操作軸の
長尺ねじ部と同一のピッチ、同一方向のねじれを有する
雄ねじが形成された筒状ねじ軸と、 該筒状ねじ軸の自由端に固定され前記操作軸の非円形軸
部に摺動可能に被嵌された回転伝達ピースと、 前記筒状ねじ軸の雄ねじに螺合されたナットランナーと
、 該ナットランナーに等配置に三個以上固定され前記第二
の中空軸のスリットを通りさらに該スリットと一致する
ように前記第一の中空軸に軸方向に長尺となるように開
設されたスリットを通って外部に突出しており、張出端
側の側面に形成された傾斜面でウェブ巻装ロールの中心
孔をセンタリングチャックするチャック爪と、 前記第二の中空軸の内側の前記ヘッドブロツクと前記第
二の軸受部材との間に収容され前記第二の中空軸のスリ
ットに係合案内されており、内部に前記操作軸の短尺ね
じ部に螺合し得る短尺雌ねじ部を有するチャック爪開閉
作動用筒体と、前記操作軸の回転により該チャック爪開
閉作動用筒体の短尺雌ねじ部が該操作軸の短尺ねじ部の
基端側に螺合が外れるとき、該短尺雌ねじ部を該短尺ね
じ部に当接する状態に付勢する基端側ばねと、 前記操作軸の回転により該チャック爪開閉作動用筒体の
短尺雌ねじ部が該操作軸の短尺ねじ部の張出端側に螺合
が外れるとき、該短尺雌ねじ部を該短尺ねじ部に当接す
る状態に付勢する張出端側ばねと、 前記各チャック爪に対向するように、張出側端部が前記
第二の軸受部材に枢着されており、基端側端部が前記第
二の中空軸のスリット内に沈み込み突出自在であり、突
出時に、基端側端部に形成された傾斜面でウェブ巻装ロ
ールの中心孔を支持してセンタリングチャックする起伏
チャック爪と、 前記起伏チャック爪の揺動端側と前記チャック爪開閉作
動用筒体とをリンクするように設けられ、前記操作軸が
基端側へ移動するように回転される際に動作する前記チ
ャック爪開閉作動用筒体の移動に伴いリンク状態を変更
して前記起伏チャック爪をスリットより突出させ、また
前記操作軸が張出端側へ伸びてくるように回転される際
に動作する前記チャック爪開閉作動用筒体の移動に伴い
リンク状態を変更して前記起伏チャック爪を該スリット
内に沈み込ませるように構成された所要のリンク機構と
からなる、ことを特徴とするウェブ巻装ロール用ロール
ホルダー。
